I am in somewhat of the same boat as you except that I am not super fit and more of an introvert. I’m 31/M Asian from Southern CA, not the bar/club going type, recently started dating again but just couldn’t catch a break or have any luck with girls that I am interested in, until recently. After getting many great advice and suggestions from enthusiasts and long time users here, thought I’d share with you what I have found that worked for me.
During the just getting to know phase I’ve tested:
Ammo (2X), IShine (2X), IO (2X)
Once we’ve built some rapport, and have been seeing each other a bit more, I introduce a drop or 2 of A314 and some TUTH into the mix; but dropped IO (it was suggest to me that IO doesn’t go too well with A314, use IH instead if you have that), and things went from casual to more intimate. For some reason, I noticed if I use A314 right off the bat on like a first date, it didn’t go too well for me; the ladies that I have gone out with were less chatty, so it made it a bit harder for me to connect. But keep in mind though, like many others have said pheromones aren’t some magic spray/oil that will get you the girl, it just helps in giving you that slight edge, promoting and boosting what’s already there.
