This never quite worked if at all. I am really into these kind of things. Its amazing how the mind and body works. I have decided after months of reading to give it another shot. My intention to use them asap is to enjoy my last days at univeristy. I have had a good time but not the experience everyone has or dreams and intends to have. I used to be very shy with no confidence. Over the years I have changed a bit but i tend to be loud and funny etc with people i knoe really really well. I used to find it difficult to make new friends. But what my major issue is girls. I am actually a fairly good looking guy, but my experience with girls is absolute minimal. When you approach them, are you shy with every single girl you haven’t met? Do you take control in a good way? I don’t mean forcing them.
Here’s what I believe will boost you. Ammo. Ammo will give you that sexual attraction, confidence and respect boost. Think of it this way, when someone is attracted to you, it makes things much easier for you. Now, you will still have to work on yourself, because you have to make sure you are congruent with pheromones to a certain extent.
Instant Openness will be key as well. You will need this as so in the beginning after you have initiated conversation with a certain girl, they will open up much much easier

When applying, Jamie, these are the best spots to apply because of diffusion, but you can apply anywhere. Neck is the typical area a majority of the people apply to. When using others such as let’s say A314 + Instant Openness, people apply A314 behind their ears or neck (1-2 drops) and Instant Openness on their wrists because they tend to use their hands when they talk and those movements spreads the pheromones in the air around you quicker! Hair is a great place for diffusion as well but I’ve heard it’s sometimes hard to remove the pheromones from there.

Firstly I would like to thank you for your honest and intelligent introduction. It certainly makes our job easier in recommending the correct pheromones for your situation. Shyness is such a common problem along with a lack of self confidence and you can trust me that you have come to the right place to get that help.
Pheromones are not a magic potion but they will give you a shove in the right direction and not only will you feel better about yourself but you will be perceived in a much more positive light. You will still have days when you feel negative but they will be a lot less than they were before.
Application of pheromones are a personal choice - for more self effects apply to front of the neck and chest. For other people to be affected apply to back of the neck and wrists - This is where I tend to apply as I want to affect others more than myself. It is also important to take 1-2 days a week pheromone free. This is hard to do but important as it gives your neuro-transmitters a rest from the pheromones and adjust naturally. Once you have got used to phero’s I would use different combo’s regularly so that you dont always have the same phero signature - to keep things fresh and keep people on their toes.
I agree with the advice on the pheromones from the other 2 members. You can buy ammo, IS, IO, IH, CTTM2 and IG in to go bottles that can be carried in your pocket and along with your GC you will save a lot of money.

Great advice guys. I am one of those poeple who is very weak at approaching. I never know the right things to say or do and get very self concious. Even if I probably am talking ok. I used to have some speech problems when i was a kid and developed later than normal. I know i am not clear or well pronounced now and i do slightly mumble, not giving me an edge at all, so many people either find it difficult to understand me or ask me to repeat myslelf. Its a bad cycle where it gets worse because when i notice this i speak faster. Making it ecven harder to understand. I dont tend to approach girls unless i have been introduced and get to know each other. In a club sort of scenario I just have a good time with friends and music. Never had the confidence to actually go and talk to any girls. In terms of taking control I suppose I can but it defintiely alters with mood. Im one of those guys who can be quiet and mellow, but at times be very loud funny and whitty. Initial I may not be so good but depending on the mood, environment, and a good start, I can take control and guide the conversation etc, asking questions, being silly and joking around. But not with really pretty looking girls. I really dont know why i find it so difficult. People actually think I have alot of experience and history and must be a sort of player based on my looks. I am very honest and caring sort of person. Probably being too nice has got me hurt by alot of people. But I must say I have built alot of self confidence over the years.
How long do the to-go sprays last?

I think there are about 40 sprays in each 15ml to go bottle and the pheromone will be effective for about 5-6 hours after spraying.
How quick the bottles last are obviously dependant on the amount you use.
