My Goal =
to make the transition from friend to FWB with my female best friend. OK with what you have start with the Ammo very first and solo and go from here. What you want to do is start off small 1 spray with this one and work up from here. Expose her to 1 spray a few times then go to 2 and so on. Being 46 you should be very close to your sweet spot with 3 sprays, now of course you will have to test because it could be 2 or 4 sprays but I am guessing right at about 3 should be close.
Once you find your sweet spot with the Ammo what I would do is solo test the IShine and find what you sweet spot is with this one then use the IShine with the Ammo and see where it goes from here with her.
Now once this is done it is time for the TUTH to come in. This one is very powerful and star low 1 spray and see what happens from here. AT 46 you could even try say 1 spray TUTH to 2 sprays Ammo or something like this.
P108 is a test molecule and is meant to test and provide feedback on what it does. Good luck and if you have any questions at all please ask.

I would say lead with the Ammo. It will certainly let her know that you are interested in more than just friends. She will just have to make up her mind where she wants to take it.
I would NOT lead with the TUTH. That might send the wrong message up front and scuttle everything. If you think that one evening the Ammo is getting you where you want to go, then break out the TUTH. If you are not wearing anything else, maybe buffer it with a shot of IS.
The P108 is for you to test and report back but I would wait until you have a little more experience with the other three first.

You feel that AMMO+TUTH for a first time (even with half of spray TUTH) would be to much, right?
I would say ammo and TUTH for starting would be a bit much unless you’re already with someone who is comfortable getting sexy or in a club/bar environment.
If the two of you have engaged in some flirty conversations before, I think the mones you have right now will work.
You can use the GC to get some IG or A314.

Hmm.. then you should refrain yourself from taking extra steps while with mones. Your first few days with mones will throw her off in some way, since she’s too familiar with your vibe. But once she’s starting to get used to your new vibe (with mones) start rattling her with light flirtings. You’ll know it if it’s time to use the TUTH.

Well, i’m back to report my first experience with AMMO.
Yesterday night i sprayed 1,5 AMMO on my neck (my aim was only to use 1 spray but being the noob i am and given the fact that the bottle was just opened and the spray tube wasn’t used before, my first spray produced nothing but air), so i sprayed again this time pressed harder and the magic cloud of pheromones found its way to my neck
She came we greeted each other with a kiss on the cheek like always and then i noticed something really weird-in the good sense. I felt her eyes making a contact with my eyes a bit more than “friendly” immediately right after we kissed for hello…not the lovers “eye-lock” but something subtler.This happened immediately during the kiss/greet and only lasted a second and then she became her usual self, watched the movie etc.
So i guess she sensed something “different” in the air and then her predominant thoughts took over, but for that second she looked at me in a way she had never before.She made no comments about any smell (i was wearing my normal perfume sprayed on my clothes).
Needless to say that the following days we will meet again and this time i will increase the dosage to 2 sprays of ammo, until i find my sweet-spot, and i guess like Justintime advised me, considering my age, my sweet spot should be around 3 Sprays. No time for TUTH yet. I still need to experiment with AMMO.
I would try 2 sprays and go from here. You can always add another spray, but can’t take away so start with the 2 and go from here. I hope you start a journal we can follow and continue to help you out!
