Wow… such an excellent intro post. Gives some good points as to what you want mones to do for you. As you have been working on facets of your person, such as your wardrobe and physical makeup…
The social interactions, small talk and flirting is where you’ll need to focus on… Mones will help and the ones you thought of.. Instant Shine and IO are a very good start. Other than pheromones, what life hacks do you employ? Please do share your solutions. To quote Wikipedia… "…any sort of trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method to increase productivity and efficiency, in all walks of life." Personally, I’d like an effective procrastination-stopper. ADD meds aren’t going to be an option.

Hello, My name is Harsh. I’m 25 year old guy from London. I’m pretty asocial, a bit socially anxious and have consistently picked academic courses(Btec ICT in College, then Computer Science in Uni) and a profession(Programmer) that coincidently has made and does make it near to impossible for me to meet girls my age on a casual basis. For example, currently at work there are 2 women in the office, none of which are in my age group. Which means I’m extra quite and awkward in social situations, especially when there are are attractive girls around.It sounds stupid but being completely surrounded by guys for 10 years has completely disconnected me on a conversational level with the opposite gender, unless I’m being formal.

So lately I’ve actually consciously been trying make an effort to be more social by pretty much any means I can think of. I joined the Gym, finally bought clothes for every social situation I could think of so i could never use it as an excuse, did uncharacteristic things like went on a stag holiday which is not my thing but it was an experience, pretty much anything that would help get me out of my house. I’ve also recently realised that i do have to two saving graces. I clean up a lot better than I thought, in fact I surprised a lot of people and 2, a decent amount of alcohol will flip my personality from introverted to extroverted like i’ve seen no other. These things help but relying on alcohol for anything more than a few good nights of laughs, is not really practical, I don’t want to be become an alcoholic just to be social.

The biggest problem I’m still having is being able to connect with strangers, regardless of gender. It takes me along time for me to build a connection with people and that’s where my biggest weakness lies. That’s where I think the pheromones will help. There are a few pheromones that sound pretty awesome. Instant Shine is probably the most appealing as as well as instant openness. I’ve done some reading throughout the forum and I have decent grasp on how they work, which ones do what. I also know pheromones are not a magic bullet and I know ill have to work on my social skills but any help I can get is a boon.

In summary I’m someone whose leading a life I didn’t plan to be living, I’m doing everything I can to steer it in a direction I can be happy with and I think pheromones are something I need to give an honest go.
