Hello my name is Ryan, I recently moved to Lake Arrowhead Ca. I am 20 years old and currently going to college. Im looking for somthing to give me some confidence when talking to women because i come off as shy and it takes me a while to “warm up” to someone before i can be my self. Any advice on somthing to break the ice. I was looking at Ammo but any advice is appreciated

Ammo is a great first choice - it has enough 'none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but it is well buffered and won’t come across too strong.
Instant Shine can also help - everyone will be happy when they are around you.
IO will help you start those first conversations. This is probably just the thing for you.
But remember - even with the pheros it will be 905 you and 10% pheros - you will still need to talk to las chicas to make anything happen.
