I am currently living in Canada. I just graduated high school and will be turning 18 very soon.
I am here because I am kind of stuck in a rut I want to get out of and I believe this might be the “push” I need.
My situation has been that I have alot of problems which have prevented me from having a normal experience. Ever since I started school I have had social difficulties, when I was younger I would fight with everybody at school and not be able to have normal relationships with them. I was diagnosed with ADHD and I could not pay attention in school and I would behave very badly, fighting with students and teachers and crazy stuff until I was kicked out and sent to “Gulag school” I was in these places for three and a half years until high school. In these places they control all aspects of your interactions and do not let you sociallize naturally. They would put me in solitary confinement where for hours upon days I could not socially relate or talk to anyone. This also happened at regular school where I spent most recesses in detention. When I got to high school I was unable to socialize properly at all and ended up bullied and ignored. I did not have many friends. I have never had any close relationships with girls and I feel extremly akward and anxious around them. I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder
I have decided enough is enough and I want to change my life and finally be an outgoing social person and have lots of success with girls. I have studied lots of pick up stuff but I cannot make it work since I have no experience.
I am hoping pheremones can help me break out of this negative cycle because If they work they will create a positive feedback loop that will allow me to constantly improve and increase my confidence and self-esteem which will inturn make me better with the girls

I’m sorry to hear about some of the hard times you’ve experienced and glad to see you’ve made it through them. The only way you’re going to get practice picking up women is picking up women. Thanks for your advice guys. If I start I will start with IO and possibly some IShine. I understand it is not a miracle and I have to work, but I really hope It could be a good push out of my shell, like a spark to start an engine.
