I still consider myself a bit of a pheromone newb. I’ve looked into it may times over the past ten or so years. I was first introduced to the concept when I picked up some Realm off the shelf. The twins experiment hooked me again. I ended up picking up AV and NA from LAL. Wore the AV to the office one day and my boss must be someone who can smell mones because she smelled what was to her a very obvious urine smell! That was the last time I wore them to work. I then used them out a few times and got laid a couple times. But I also have good game/good looks but 2/3 is a good percentage so I really think the mones played a part. I accidentally left them at a hotel after that but ended up in an LTR so didn’t have much need for them.
Now I’m single again but have also taken a lot of steps in my career and am not just interested in just the picking up women aspect of mones. I mean, I still am but I’m also interested in the respect for work situations and social mones for general use.
I’ll always be a skeptic, but I’m slowly becoming a believer.

From personal experience as a 27-year old guy I would say A314, 1-2 sprays (low dosage) for work with a hint of Ammo does the trick really well for me.
For the best DIHL symptoms, I used 4x Ammo with 2x TUTH. Got girls rocking on their feet with that mix. Bit more TUTH and they actually started to melt. If you want to be more open with others, I would say to try out the social mixes (MX403 or MX297 are said to be pretty good).
Experimentation is fun. If you are not sure what you want, try out the starter’s mix, its a complete arsenal of goodies. I knew what I wanted so I never tried it, but now that I have seen the light I cannot stop anymore .
