A new member and I saw studies on pheromones in the past and it seemed intriguing. I’ve read a few posts and they seem like they work but I am still skeptical it might just be a placebo and heighten confidence because you think you have that.
I’m willing to believe and want to try it out. I am 30 years old, I’ve gone through a few relationships, the most recent one had a kid and let her cheat on me 6 times before breaking up. Although, I love my son to death and we get along for his sake I’m trying to meet someone new but my self-confidence and self-esteem are shattered, they weren’t that great even before this. I only end up with someone if they make the first move. I can talk for hours on certain topics but am not a good conversationalist as far as keeping things going and not sounding boring (I am not a boring person, just I have social anxiety and can’t convey my interests well.) I’ve recently contacted a few women for online dating and want things to go as smoothly as possible when we meet up so I’m thinking this might help.

Probably many women in online dating will have kids. Also apprehensive about whom they meet online. I would suggest either IG or A314 B spray with AMMO. But I would watch the AMMO until 2nd date. It depends whether you really want to project the family guy or the trustworthy one. Now, you could add IO to that, although it does tend to lower the respect and status of androsterone products, as reported by members here. Since the official SmartMones store supports the idea of IO/A314 or IO/IG, I bring that to your attention.
So I"m interested in the IO/A314 mix, I’m just wondering how certain pheromones hurt others. I want her to like and respect me, be attracted to me, maybe use that on the first 2 dates and use the AMMO on the 3rd? Pheros will help you but you will also need to do quite a bit of work in other ways to get your confidence, self image, standards and self-esteem up to scratch again.
Pheros may give short term self effects but you can get used to them all too quickly and they vary widely between individuals and by individual Phero. Much better to use more tangible and permanent methods, then regard the help from pheros as a secondary bonus that helps all your other good work hang together better and more effectively.
Also, some pheros may help you in some ways but hinder you in relating to other people - Very high status/masculine combos need to be watched. They may help you feel good about yourself but may make you seem severe, remote and uncommunicative to others. You need to work those products in a way that shows people you are interested, and open to interaction. You may also need to do more work to “lead” a conversation/interaction compared to lighter socials.
Initially, you may want to consider lighter, more social products that help ease and engage people and work on becoming comfortable with more superficial conversation and interaction. IG, IO, Instant Shine and Ammo are all in this area.
Personally, I’d avoid using IO and A314 together in the any mix as IO weakens A314 to a very great degree. The IH/IS combo is what I’d use instead of IO as it is a superb mature conversation/bonding vibe and the mainly betanol IH does not do anything like the same damage to A314 as the mainly Alphanol IO.
IO/IG is also a smart/conversation mix you can also use with no problem and at 30, you need not be too shy about having a small amount of Ammo in your mix from the beginning as you will almost certainly be needing a higher Androstenone dose compared to a youngster. You can always increase the dose for subsequent dates.
The main thing is that you convey some amount of sexuality from the beginning if you want to avoid the friendzone.
I felt my honest introduction would give me the best answers, which so far it seems so. The products seem right on, I’m new so can I buy all of those and use them together? IH/IS - In this combo, the IS steers the IH away from being possibly “too deep” and introduces a lighter/more pleasurable/feelgood vibe which makes conversation much easier. It also helps build confidence and trust in you in a way that IO does not. Its perfect for mature adults getting to know each other in all ways and it complements A314’s status/mature adult vibe nicely Compared to that, IO/IG is a much lighter chatty/sociable/smart/dashing combo but ultimately with much less substance. Alright, so IH/IS and A314? (the current woman I’m going for is 28 so it should still be good). IO/IG if I ever want to try the younger scene. Put a spray of Ammo in there either way, that sound about right? Also, do I put 2 sprays of the others on me and is it all on the neck?
Broadly, that’s how I’d look at it, yes. 28 is certainly into the age where status mixes are fully usable and I’d expect she’d be quite happy with a reasonable whack of Androstenone - Women get the taste for higher/more overt doses as they age.
I’d keep the Ammo/A314 up around the neck and split the IS/IH between the neck/throat and forearms (talk with your hands a bit ). Think of how an interaction builds - you want the status/sexual impact to be strongest when she is physically closest to you but the socials are more diffuse.
All the sprays can be layered together ok - its only oil pheros that need to be kept apart from sprays. Just leave a minute or so between each layer to let them dry-down.
So pheremones for how I am perceived go on my neck/throat and ones that effect herself put closer to the arms so they wave more in her direction? So use all of those sprays 2 minutes apart right before I leave.

More or less - its partly to maximise any self effects and because their signature seems to key-in better if they are to the centre. Socials are less personality-dependant, for overall moderation, so can be spread wider.
Yup - try to leave 30mins or so between you application and meeting her to let the pheros fix on your skin and the scents settle.
A314/IS is a great work mix - esp in team situations although I do try to just work with A314 as a baseline due to IS being shorter acting. I add the IS as needed.
If you plan on using A314 at work long-term, investigate the oil. Its much more subtle and long lasting per application, so more economic in the long run.
