Hi,
I’m 24 year old male of middle eastern descent living in england for the last 1 year. I see a lot of girls around whom I like, and some of em seem to like me back.
I’m not that outgoing (used to be) but now I’m kinda a bit shy, especially cos I’m in this whole new sea and just broke up with my girlfriend. So really have issues. Already have a girl who’s hittin on me big time but I’d really like to extend my scope… you know walk into a room and have chics look at me, and want to talk to me. That kinda stuff.
I bought Ammunition + Turn Up the Heat, and I wear 3 sprays + 1 spray, respectively, to work. I’m in this new area at the moment (been here like a month) so dont know anyone to go out with and stuff. A lot of girls at work so I wore it hoping I get some attraction. The first time I did had this girl rub herself agaisnt me for like a few secs from behind… and then she just giggled at me… since then, nothing. I’m good at keeping up a conversation.
Looks wise I’m 5’8" athletic, and I’d rate myself a 6 or 7 out of 10. I’d really like to improve my effect on women around me. I’m a little weird about going out rite and hittin on girls (workin on it) unless they show an obvious attraction, so i’d like something to pull them in to me.
I’m also a bit crappy at judging if girls are interested cos I’m in a new field. I had this long interesting convo with this hot blonde at work. we were in the changing room. was itchin to ask for her number, but chickened out cos seemed inappropriate. dunno. i was wearing ammo+tuth at the time. Is that a sign that she is interested or what? dunno.

My girlfriend and I were going out for 3 years… and I used to be really smooth before her… but she had issues with all the girls I had gone out with before and I pretty much changed that side of me completely for her. So much so that I really kept my distance from other girls and my girl friends…

yes, sir! I was well and truly pussy whipped… whipped like the family cat.
So now i find it really hard to be that way. It’s like I’m a fish outta water. but i am working on it. Also being in a new environment and not knowing how to work with hte girls here in England makes it harder for me.

Might I suggest the Ammo, A314, Instant Openness and Instant Shine for your initial purchases, if you can afford them. If not, then the order listed would be my suggestions. Tisha is kind of a pheromone guru around here and I’m sure she will be along soon to provide her advice as well.

well lets see if there is something i have learnt in life it would be this - it doesnt matter how much one changes for whatever reason you can always find your way back if you really want to. it’s like riding a bike really and if you really want to (no matter how long ago it was) get back in the saddle, it just a case of remembering and trying and we will succeed. in some cases it takes a little more work as we sometimes tend to hide things very far away especially when did for the sake of some-one we loved.
as mark said it “shouldn’t be too hard to get back to your old ways” that is of course if you really want to
Max, you should probably try adding Instant Shine to your mix, which will make people feel good and want to be around you. Also, you are still young and your body should be producing decent levels of Androstenone, so watch your dosages of the Turn Up The Heat, or you are likely to OD and scare women off. Also, better pheros for a work environment are A314, Instant Shine, Instant Openness and Instant Honesty. Unless you work in a sex oriented business, I would avoid wearing the Turn Up The Heat to work.
Lastly, there is no phero that’s going to have women rushing to “fan around” you, and if you happen to find one that does, most definitely come back and let us know 
Pheros simply enhance what you already have going for yourself, amplify emotions, help lower barriers and encourage others to follow their feelings.
And, on that note I would recommend reading some material on self-help or dating. I am a fan of David DeAngelo myself, a lot of the others in the forum like Mystery and some of the others. Search around in the Mens Advice section and you will find many suggestions.

Hello Max Welcome to the forum
Your 24 and probably make alot of anone already on your own. Just wear the ammo 2 sprays to start and that should be enough. Save Tuth for when you go out. Tuth is all anone and ammo is 1/3 anone so you overdoing it there and probably getting a bit of the OD effect. I would even suggest to go without mones for a day or to just to be sure the anone is off you.
I also suggest getting some social mones at some point to round out your products. You have mentioned your shy products like IO and Instant shine would be great for you and you can wear them with Ammo or Tuth to ramp them up a bit.

I apologise for all the redundancy in my messages. Beleive me it was infuriating to try to remember and type it all out, but when I posted the message didnt show up so I posted again. But now I see it just takes a bit longer sometimes.
Anyways, I don’t wanna blow a whole lot more on these just yet so I’m thinking of buying two more… I’ve whittled down my options to:
Alpha A314 (or something), Instant Female Magic, Instant Shine
And I was thinking of going for Alpha A314 and Instant Female Magic… Any input on that?
