How exactly would you grow to 6 foot 6 inches?

Thomas, if you find this post, do you mind posting which supplement(s) you are taking that you believe are causing you to grow more than you would have otherwise?

From what I’ve read of your previous posts, chlorella growth factor is one of them. I just purchased some Kyoto CGF from Swansons. Is arginine another one of them?

I’ve read the Spirulina/Chlorella PDF at the end of your *sig, and have now been taking them for a week at the theraputic dose 20g/10g respectively.

People, to be honest, I didn’t notice any results from my sample of Instant Shine (maybe I used too little/ wrong application points.) that I used a couple weeks back, but after a week of these food supplements, I feel like I’m getting the results of Instant Shine 24hrs/day. I bound up stairs where I used to plod, and my snappy comebacks are coming back to me . I plan to take these at this level for a year, then cut down to half if it starts getting unaffordable.

The Ammo sample seems to be working well. I think it’s because most of my targets are mixed/black, and can easily tolerate the none.

Anyway, Thomas, any help would be appreciated. I know, I know … at 32 I can’t expect to grow much more, but there’s some promises out there on the internet, and I’d like a second opinion.

Thank you,

My SO is 6 foot 7.

That’s actually not terribly uncommon here in the UK. Males typically stop growing around 22, females can often still have a spurt at 25.

I myself am 5 foot 10 without any shoes on at all. I shot up 2 inches between ages 20 and 22.

Pilates will also decompress and elongate the spine giving added height due to the discs re-aligning. Typically I have had students who presented evidence of at least a 2" increase in height after one of their research candidates went through a 6 month Pilates program of three 50 minutes sessions per week.

Research candidates are of both genders, and range in age from 20 - 47.

Ail

I’m 6 foot 6 without shoes.

You need a highly mineralized diet packed with nutrition, chlorella(CGF) potassium and a crap load of protein. Omega 3s too. You must also hope that your ancestors had an abundance of food because what happened 5 life times before you influences whats going on right now. Also, think about the drugs you are taking right now, you are turning on and off genes for your offspring that will be born in 200 years, they will be pissed at you, be nice to their height!:stuck_out_tongue:

I honestly think you won’t grow, but you will prevent your body from shrinking with age. If you had a terrible diet as a child and where fed water and bread crumbs, perhaps you could grow a little in size.

Well, close. I was fed steamed vegetables from our garden, well water and next to no protein. (My mom really tried to be healthy, but we were poor as well.) My brother left home early and grew another 3 inches. So I know that genetics won’t stop me for another three inches. Time may have, however.

On the plus(?) side, I looked:
5 at 8
8 at 13
11/12 at 18
17 at 25
and now about 21/22 at 32. Before people hear me speak, they think 18. If they know me only by words/voice they think 40+.

If you saw my drivers license pic (taken @ 21), you’d think I was 14/15 then.

I hit puberty at 18.

I never minded, but as you can guess, I’m getting into the dating relationship thing kinda late, because only now am I attracting healthy legal females sigh :stuck_out_tongue: The legal ones until now - turned out to be interested in an unhealthy kind of relationship.

If you or anyone else can provide any other specifics on encouraging vertical growth at a late age, thanks. If not, thanks anyways

Ail, I will try Pilates.

Cheers,
