If you’ve noticed a pattern of OD’s on days that you workout what can you do to get back on track?
Why am I ODing on none at 42 years of age after my workouts. I lift pretty heavy and do multijoint workouts and after that my face is tense and even when dressed like a model I get ghosted. But I doubt its just my face I do find I experience more anxiety on days I workout. My mind is preoccupied with more anxious thoughts. I also do aerobics for 20 min after my weight workout.
Now while taking a shower may help its not a good thing to experience this OD cycle 3-4 times a week just because I workout.
Are there any mones which can off balance the none effect? I was thinking of wearing a nol product but that too converts to none.
I don’t think I’m the only one going through this – I’m a blood type O. I don’t have a high sex drive at all and at 42 I’m glad I can even get it up regularly nowadays so its can’t be testosterone.
What is going on here? Phermone advice appreciated with regard to this matter. Please share your expriences with working out and getting ghosted too.
Just wanted to mention that tonight after being ghosted I didn’t go the nol route. Instead I applied some Ishine. Found more people were happy and friendly again, but I was still in a lousy mood so no results.
To answer all of this to the best of my limited ability…
You sir are ODing BECAUSE you are working out. When you work out your body releases chemical signatures that state “Hey look at me!” while also releasing oils and other chemicals which cause the smell, if there is any smell at all. The anxiety itself can also be caused by the simple fact that you are working out and thus pushing your muscles a little further than most people which helps you either relax and thus you are more aware of issues or, more likely stops you from relaxing which will have an effect on stress levels, emotions, etc.
Now if you are ODing a lot you may want to try not using any the day after you work out and applying less to your usual areas after the workout period (or whenever you do apply the -mones themselves). If you apply them often they may be chemically “digesting” themselves into your skin and thus you get a build-up over time. Going cold-turkey for awhile should remove this issue.

This depends on you as well. Perhaps even at your age you produce a larger quantity of -none and because you work out you could be multiplying or adding onto your overall amount. As for products I am no master on those, check around the forums or in the store. Many will state -nol usage which you may want to balance in the classic 7:3 or as desired.
I use a preworkout supplement called complex 5 by Rivalus to give me more energy on my workout days. I don’t take it on my off days as it would give me anxiety.. Also there are no stimulants in this drink.
