I bought a bottle of DPG and a bottle of Perfumers alcohol both dropper tops and I’m waiting for the A1 to arriieve. Do I use the DPG or alcohol or mix them both together with the A1. I have 5ml empty to go bottles.
What can I use the measure?
For the A1 how many drops?
I know I’m still pretty new at this but I’m willing to learn? Please provide feedback and suggestions.
Do you have it in liquid or crystal form ?
What is the Mg’s ?

I believe there’s are in dry form but I never bought A1 there so I am not positive.

For crystal EST pheromones I dissolve in ethanol, 1ml to 1 mg of pheromones. It takes a few days to dissolve completely. Then I mix this in DPG if I am adding it to a oil EO cover. If not I add it right to the alcohol based product I am using without the DPG. The tricky part is figuring out the dose.

now to question a good dose. 10 mg is 10,000 mcg right? so… if you fill a togo with just that solution from ls, you’d have ~100 mcg per spray.
what’s the ideal dose you want to look for? what was the total mcg dose in IFM? wasnt it something like 19mcg total per spray? (there were other pheros in there,too)
Got my A1 today in the mail The ingreients ethanol, water and A1.
I’ve heard that members who use the “chemset” A1 from Love Scent tend to apply one to two straight drops and then cover.
Since there’s already ethanol and water in the A1 you bought, I wouldn’t mix it with anything. Probably best to use straight.
If LS is using the apparently popular 100mg:100ml ratio of crystals to solvent, then using your A1 undiluted might be a bit of a waste.
100mg:100ml ratio produces, roughly, a 1000 parts per million solution. One ounce of this solution is 30 ml, and in that 30 ml would be 30 milligrams of crystals (if they are evenly dissolved, etc.)
One milligram would be dissolved in one milliliter. If your average spray bottle gives you roughly 6.67 sprays per milliliter (that’s about 200 sprays per ounce, the Androtics standard spray bottle) then you will be getting
150 mcg per spray
which is about ten times the average dose in an Androtics “commercial product” per spray. Or compare to TUTH, which starts with a mere 2.5 mcg per spray and goes up from there.
So you can use any measure you like to dilute your source, but remember that once it is diluted, it can’t be ~undiluted~.
For a 15 mcg per spray dose (using the standard Androtics spray bottle – the 5ml ToGo spray delivers less volume) you just mix 9 parts of diluent with 1 part of your 100:100 source. (Once again, this assumes that LS is still using the 100:100 concentration.)
For a 10 mcg per spray dose, mix 14 parts of diluent with 1 part of 100:100 source. That could be 14 drops of perfumers alcohol plus one drop of source, or 14 shot glasses of alcohol plus one shot glass of source.
My diluent is typically 95ml perfumers alcohol and 5ml DPG, or 98ml:2ml.
I personally have two solutions that I use regularly:
I use the 40 mcg concentration for mixing up with other pheros for “convenience mixes” – e.g., if I’m mixing A1, alphanol, betanol, and -rone in equal parts, the 40mcg A1 when mixed will be at 10mcg/spray strength.
The 15 mcg/spray concentration is what I use when I want to apply the A1 alone, or on a particular body part.

Well than you Jim this is good to know. Like I said I never got the the chem set A1 but I did get the est which was dry so I wasnt sure.

Holy mizzole, you mean… what you bought elsewhere doesn’t clearly label the dosage you’re using?

That’s bad news! Dosage with Androstadienone is so infinitely important to understand what it’s doing. It’s a tough molecule to nail down for some folks… the wrong dosage can send one spiraling into icky self-effects (not everyone, mind you, but some people have terrible self-effects with it despite lovely effects on females.)
If you can measure a half ml then you can make a 12.5 mcg per spray dilution in a to go by placing 1/2 ml of the L-S 1mg per ml solution in a togo and adding 4 and 1/2 ml of diluent (perfumers alcohol or everclear).
precise measurement at these small amounts is important YMMV.
how accurate do you wanna go? you can get pipettes and syringes at the pharmacy if you didnt order any, or it didnt come with the kit.
renny just said fill 1/10 of your togo with A-1 and the rest up with diluent.
Just experiment until you find you a SWEET SPOT … 4:1, 3:2, A-1:cologne, OR … 4:1, 3:2 Colonge:A-1.
Some where at Love Scent … someone said they kept upping the A-1 to their cologne, and the more they upped it, the better the hits. I found my notes and sent it to you in a pm. Should anyone else care to see the post, I can post it here.
Personally, two drops is all I needed … sometimes I place them on the wrist, and sometimes I place one drop in each arm pit.
It’s about experimenting, my friend. Yes, you may waste a little, but when YOU find YOUR sweet spot … t’will be worth it!

I have some A1 colonge in a 5ml bottle. Can I add A! mix it in with the colonge?
You might wanna experience with using small quantities before mixing and potentially screwing it up. I use LS A1 but only need one drop on my hand or forearm to work perfectly at defeating my SO’s PMS. I used to dilute it with 10 parts cologne to 1 part A1 in a Sephora atomizer but found I never used it outside of PMS time. A couple sprays was all I needed during her monthly punishment. I used to also add it to NPA mixes but prefer WAGG, TAA or alpha androstenol as a mellowing agent.
hello, I was wondering how critical the ratio of DPG to alcohol is, I have just been guessing but using upwards of 20% .Could this be the reason for the sketchy results with A1, even in the 20mcg per spray range?
