Objective:
Get people to set up a call back to the company and have a free estimate done for the work they want.
Results:
No pheros yet.
First time on my own I only advertised for about a hour and went to 15 houses.

Wednesday July 8, 2009:
Did my daily routine before to work, no changes except:
Applied in my car at work two sprays of instant shine one on each inside wrist.
I talk with my hands and always am reaching for something to give to or take from a customer depending on if I am helping them find or buy a book.
3:48PM
I arrived at work and applied two(2) sprays of Instant Shine, one to each wrist and then rubbed together.
Initially I thought the smell was overpowering and was just bearable to O.K. in scent.
After about a minute though I realized that I really liked the smell.
I almost wanted to smell the spot where I applied IS.
Outside atmosphere:
Light Drizzle, 89F
Inside atmosphere:
Mid 70’s
Self effects:
Love the scent!
Have to stop myself from smelling contact points.
Made me realize how hungry I was and possibly made me hungrier.
Not necessarily happier but felt as though nothing could really bring me down.
External effects:
Customers:
For about 1-1.5hours effects on customers were positive. They would be smiling more than I normally observed, sometimes for no apparent reason. Some of them were happy to the point of random laughing, not nervous laughing like I get sometimes but real happy laughing.
Side note: Seems to accentuate people already in a light mood and bring them to the point of random laughter.
Side note 2: Seems to have more extreme effects on Caucasians
Co-workers:
Nothing out of the normal.
Perhaps longer exposure or higher dose will have effect.
7:00PM
At Which WhichßI think I spelled one of the which’s incorrectly but it’s a sandwich shop.
No effect.
Side note: I think I need another application

No self-effects other than good smell.

A possibility of 2 customers, both female(looks as though mother daughter, Caucasian), becoming almost giddy after being near me for about 3 minutes while I was checking them out(completing their purchase, for people who might otherwise perceive something else (me included (LOL))).
Co-workers:
Nothing dramatic enough that would make it beyond normal.

Instant Shine TEST 2
Today I am going to try a higher dose in hopes that it will have a greater effect.
Today I was a little down because of personal affairs that kept me from being particularly peppy. It also made me a little short and irritable. All this before I began testing.
External Atmosphere:
Temperature 84F Cloudy/About to rain
Internal Atmosphere:
Temperature 70’s again

I applied four(4) sprays total today, one to each wrist, one to my neck/chest area, and one in my hair.
Self-Effects:
I still love the scent although not as much as yesterday.
No other self-effects(most likely due to my previously stated reasons).
External Effects:
Customers:
Nothing out of the ordinary. Only had about 5-10% less than happy customers, which is only slightly lower than normal. I did however receive more sincere smiles rather than the ones you get because the customer fell they have too. (could have been chance).
Co-workers:
Boss-40something Caucasian that overworks herself and everyone else
She seemed to not be affected by the phero’s.
Associates-Two females (one white, one has something eastern), two males(one black the other Caucasian.
Female ages early 20’s.
Black male-20 or 21
White male-17ish
The girls I had contact with all night and were generally in a good mood while they were around me. One of the girls I think is normally not that fond of me and even though I was bossy, short, and almost kind of mean, she did not really say anything about it(unusual). It was almost like I could see a conflict going on in her mind. From what I could infer it was between her feeling happy and playful while wanting to be retortful (nice vocab lol) like her normal self.
The white boy came in later in the night and I had little contact with him so no observable differences.
The other male I am pretty good friends with(as far as work goes), and he has a different sexual preference than me. I say it that way because I did not know of this preference for almost a year after knowing him because he does not flaunt it and does not change our friendship. He seemed happy and he even tried to lighten my mood. Eventually I was joking with him like I normally do and it ended up making my day much better.
Side note:
It seems I am a little quicker witted when I spray this stuff. I normally only come up with a good remark every now and then, but with IS I find myself making quick remarks that are funnier than normal (or maybe it only seems funnier because of IS, I don’t know).
Later on, after the store closed and we were straightening the store(I work in a book store and these people treat it like a fricken play ground where books are toys and shelves are jungle gyms(sorry)), and we(not including manager) were B.S.ing more than normal and the girl normally doesn’t like me was assigned to help me with my side of the store. We were talking, laughing and having a lot of fun. The atmosphere felt lighter, almost like a bright sunny day where you can’t help but be happy and we were inside straightening shelves at past midnight.

Conclusions:
I would make conclusions or summaries but I am just a novice in the fields of pheromones. Perhaps someone could help me along for tomorrow. I will try to check back when I wake up in the morning.
(P.S. I am copying this straight from my notes with a little bit of add ins. So sorry if it sounds like a journal, it is coming from one and involves my thoughts as well. Any constructive help is welcome.)
