Self effects – Headache, sultry voice, calm, quite, together, confident & stern inside. Though I am not using IS/A today, but these effects are there. Confidence & stern feeling. Is it coming from Mx 300. will use it separately one day to confirm.
At work-
after 25 min of application.
In conference hall – 20 25 degree, appx 30x24 room size.
Sitting in the centre of the room
I had my meetings planned with a team. I needed their inputs on certain things before the meeting, which no sent me. I went to their place, called up whole group & gave them a nice one which I hardly do. To my amusment, they all took me so seriously & promised to do the work on time in future. I started the meeting, then everyone told me they havn’t seen me in such a mood ever. Everyone gave explanation & asked for forgivness. They said they had no intention of bugging me. I should forgive the whole team. (total mx300 effect). No one asks me for apologies as I am already so forgiving, so no ones ever needs to ask for it. I easily let go things. Maybe I gave a respectable, rational, tolerant( all 3 – mx300) but approachable(IH) vibe. So that’s the behavior result.
Later we had different meetings. Looking at the whole situation I got some wonderful commitments done from each member of the team.( this happened some days ago, & I am observing each one working towards them with all their dedication). Good for everyone.
After 6 hrs of application- same room , same temp, choose a corner to sit for closeness with my tg
My friend came & talked to me( not expected). He had something to say, I saw that. I gave him space. He started with apprehension but then said it, maybe he knew it will hurt me for sure. But he managed to say it very politly. Still it hurted me, & he could make out what I felt. Still he said, & left without listening to my point. I kept quite not to ruin the situation.
At home- nothing unusual.
In the evening I felt very upset, lonesome. I cried a lot over the whole thing. Gathered myself but it was draining me. Couldn’t sleep in the night. Is it my hurt or the mone effect. Had my monthly so may be that. Anyone help?

At Mall –
After my yesterdays experience with my friend, I thought may be I am too intimidating for him. So thought of trying my IS/B togo for self effects.( thanks that was a gift) So that I can try it with my friend also to see if it works to have some protective feeling towards me.
I went out to shop in mall, but had no hits. Very usual visit. No one noticed no one stared or stopped. may be I need more dose next time. I picked up something for me & the baby. I know that encounter was still on my mind, so was trying to fill in by picking up stuff. That worked on me & by the time I came back home I was less upset.
No one even chatted. I see if I was quite cos of my mood no one tried talking, salesman n all. No mone was effecting anybody. May be had different vibes of my mones & my mood. That’s true you have to be in sync with your mones to get good results.
Will test IS/B another time.
At home – nothing happened, or i am less observant cos of my feeling.
12th
P74 -2 sprys in neck
After reading your thread about this p, I thought of trying it to uplift my mood but nothing happened. This is my mid time of my monthly(3rd day) My mood was as usual of low feeling, uninterested & secluded. I cry a lot without any reason during this. But no effects.
No hits nothing to observe. May be I am really not observing. Will try again next month.
Earlier I had no such symptoms. For last 2.5 to 3 years I am identifying that this happens to me during monthlys.
any suggestion for relief?
what do i do? i feel terrible. i know this is the big major reason of things between me and my friend. told him as well, but he thinks i am taking it as cover to get past all my mistakes & my hard words.
wish he could understand how i feel & need him more to be around in these times.

Self effects – same as before, but little difference I felt is lack of feeling of take any challenge. ( no IS/A effect).
At work- office / his cabin. Sitting across the table.
Boss called for discussion so put on my mones & went. He told me he is altering some of his earlier decisions, as have made some new ones. So shared those with me. I was quite, so he talked most. I did not say much but agreed to his words.
( no IS/A effect). In evening he again called me to ask what I have to say about certain something. So, I went n told him. Again he did what I suggested.( mx300 effect)
Its same me, but now things are different despite the mx 300. that means IS/a was spiking it up to some extent. Me keeping quite & accommodating, which is my usual self, was more prominent, else I would have told him that in morning itself.
My friend came, & asked me to see him for some work. Later he came, but was alredy bugged up cos of his own stupid assumptions about me & my stand in the whole situation. He felt I am not considering him at all but that was not the case. I did care & told him that too.
Later after office I called him up. We spoke about an hour but again ended up fighting & bitter feelings. initially I kept patience, he was understanding but I could not control myself. He clearly understood he was wrong, accepted it as well, but ended the conversation on a very bad note. I felt he is doing it delibratly so I don’t come close. But on the other hand he was giving hints that he expected much from me & I disappointed him. Seems like we will never talk again……
Anyhow, I came back home & again could not sleep for the whole night.
aww so sorry to hear about the fighting between you and TG. Sometimes guys can’t handle the ALPHA woman and can feel threatened. Maybe, and this is only a suggestion, go with some softer mones around him once in a while too. Ishine and IO are brilliant in creating comfort and harmony in people. Also consider p74 at around 20-30 mcg total for fostering harmony. Make sure you are well rested and prepared for the P74 crash though. It has a way of zapping energy out of people. A good multi vitamin could help. No chillums though .
If he can’t handle it then best to continue to do your best and not worry his feelings. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a confident ALPHA woman. Some guys just feel threatened by it.

I was thinking exactly this steve. maybe he is not comfortable with my alphe vibe. i am so alpha already. but i am so soft inside & he has seen that part of me, but may be he cant deal that alpha part of me, which is of course for the world, but not to threaten him.
I met him today. we were there in the same room for almost 1.5 hrs. but as there were other present. the situation was so that i wore IS/A and cttm. was doing recruitment for company. he was part of the panel for his team requirments.
no personal interactiion but again we differed in our opinions. i stcked to mine, cos of personal reasons i cann’t affect the company purposes.
he knows that well, i was tyring to be milder in my interaction. i put some P74 before he was about to join us. so by the end, we differed but at least did not ended up in fight.
Definitly he is getting affected by mones, will plan some meeting only with him, related to work.
suggest what to wear to start with. i have a scenerio wherein i can do that & can continue holding continous meetings with him till he asks me out again. i am sure he will.
will start with IO & shine, but need to order it i dont have currently.
i am planning to move gradully with him from social to casual to light flirting to being at ease & comfortable to intimate to confess to finally feel excited about being around me to finally fall & get lost in my eyes.

My boss came over. So I sprayed my mones but he didn’t called me for anything. wasted my stuff.
I almost wasted my precious mones. I am still feeling upset over my friend, so could not notice any hit. My immediate jr is behaving differently though. She is keeping distance & responding negatively to in our regular chats.
I can make out she looks upset for no obvious reasons.
At home in the evening –
I was confided to my room only reading stuff & studying here at the forum.

My boss called for updates. I put on mones & went. He looked somewhat indifferent.(???)
I showed him some reports which he completely agreed with, approved them & took a decision based on that, confirmed to the concerned person.(mx300 effect)
We discussed certain things which we are discussing off late, but today he seems to differ a lot from me. He was feeling intimidated??? May be!!!.(no IO effect) I sticked to my point but didn’t pushed him at all to think about it. In turn he asked me to give it a second thought from a different perspective. I took his words. He then convinced me hard that its not that he is saying I am wrong or my point is not the best. He totally agrees with me but as it is just a passing thought in his mind, he wanted to share it with me & wanted me to think as well on it.(IH again)
I came back to my cabin but I am still thinking.Well there are lot others to influence him, so may be that. Will wait for our next discussion on the same point.
Possibly NO IO made him think that I am not open to his idea & not listening so he wanted me to give a thought later.
Any suggestions to change my mones or go again with the same combo???

As I was leaving my office I got a call from my very old friend to visit her with my daughter. I reached home, freshened up & sprayed Ih & visted my friend.
Nothing important happened. She & her kids were usual self. We chatted, watched t.v & had dinner. I couldn’t see any mone effect. She liked the gifts I took for her & kids.
