I think you fail to realize there is no what if. You will burn 3k calories, will sleep a minimum of 14 hours, and will feel drained the whole day after. These are common symptoms that all my ..ā€˜challengersā€™ display. You could always just get me a panini maker and turn my Rep power to 100 and Iā€™ll be more than happy to enlist you in my burn-3k-calories-a-day-pro-actively copywrited tmoz diet.
