New fragrances coming -- your input wanted on future scents

Cool Water still gets me going.
I love smelling it on sweaty men.

Hello Michael. I am replying to you via this posting as I cannot figure out where to post this complain. Sexy A and Sexy B have been out of stock now since November :frowning::angry: I have managed to purchase a few of the trial/pocket size but really need a large bottle of it (either A or B). I have asked several times as to when we can expect this to be back into stock and as of yet I have received no reply. I have been with you all since 2007 and have been a steady user of this project (just one of the hundreds of customers that you have). I would like to know when we can expect Sexy A and/or B to be back in stock, if ever. Your products ready do work and I have enjoyed being a customer of yours however if Sexy A and/B or a product that works as well as one of them is no longer one that you all will be carrying I need to know that, that way I can start my search for such a product on a different website. Thank you in advance for responding to this post.

Well, I already posted over in the “Ladies, favorite perfumes?” thread about my new fave. In general I’ve always preferred musky, spicy, and/or incense type fragrances. For a number of years I wore Obsession and found that men could identify me specifically by that fragrance, because it reacted with my body chemistry (mones?) to create a scent like no other woman’s.

I wore some custom blends from home shops for awhile.

Now I’ve found something I ADORE. And I think it’ll blend well with the mones. It’s Kate Walsh’s “Boyfriend,” and so far I can only find it on gasp HSN:

Hope this helps.

Anybody here like McGraw? Yeah, that’s right, a cologne with Tim McGraw’s name on it.
I love the scent, personally

good thread.

There are some really solid suggestions for women’s fragrances in this thread, but 5 years later, the women’s lineup hasn’t really changed. Is anything happening with this?

Hmmm. We will survey this over the next couple days and come back with some thoughts.

Thanks!

What are your top 5 favorite femme fragrances, as an example?

Cloying fruit/gourmand scents have been all the rage the past 6 years, and all the celebrities vanity brands are on the bandwagon.

I know Mrs.Obama is rather fond of Love in White from Creed. That’s a light floral scent. Never understood that obsession with heavy and cloying floral/fruity scents. A perfume and/or cologne should compliment a person, not make them smell like a fruit salad from a hospital commissary.

Ok, top 5 fragrances. Not in order, because my preferences alternate.

Dolce & Gabbana - The One: Desire
Bvlgari - The Vert
Victoria’s Secret - Very Sexy
Davidoff - Cool Water
Harvey Prince - Temptress (I would absolutely adore it if AD would come out with some sort of pumpkin pie/lavender scent!)

Christian Dior: J’adore
Issey Miyake: L’Eau D’Issey (My absolute favorite, everyone loves it on me too)
Victoria Secret: Divine
Diptyque: Roses (normally don’t like roses but this one is really good)
Alfred Sung: Shi

hate Obsession! Chanel No 5 is too Mom for me but it’s a classic, Britney Spears Curious got the boys I must admit, and lots of men of color dig the J-Lo Glow.

… It’s funny you mention Pumpkin Pie…

One of my favorite smell researchers is Alan Hirsch, speaking here. His books are fascinating!

Scentsational Sex: The Secret to Using Aroma for Arousal: Alan R. Hirsch: 9781862042414: Amazon.com: Books

This one’s a good one. Licorice? Donuts? Baked Cinnamon Buns? Pumpkin Pie? What do these have to do with sex? Apparently a lot…

(And, in the years following his book, one could observe an explosion in the popularity of gourmand fragrances)

He also went into using scents for weight loss, adding musks to saltshakers for improved hedonic/gustatory pleasure sensations. Since smell uses the same machinery as taste, and a vast percentage of tasting is actually smelling, improving the SMELL of food improves the perception of enjoyment and fullness. Brilliant idea he’s monetizing right now with his SENSA system…

He’s quite a personality with a very interesting viewpoint.

Disclosure: we take no amazon affiliate commissions. I link this because it’s cool.

I’ve heard of SENSA. Interesting.

Harvey Prince is an interesting company, they also have a fragrance for weight loss. Their angle is that they produce scents with a purpose, not just for smelling nice. They have a sister fragrance to Temptress, called “Eau Fling”. Apparently that one also includes Jasmine, which is another top responder for sexual attraction. I haven’t tried that one yet. They even have a fragrance to make people seem younger than they are. Of course, I don’t have much interest in that one, but maybe I’ll get it for my mom.

Actually, side note, I’m thinking of finding some way to give IS/A to my mom for Mother’s Day, without her knowing exactly what it is. She’s single, and she wants to date, but she doesn’t want to do anything about it. Very old fashioned, thinks women should be passive wallflowers. So I’m hoping to give her a bit of a boost. But, like I said, she’s very old fashioned, and might not go for it if she knew exactly what I was giving her! So I’ll probably have to take an exacto knife to the label, or something.

There was one company that found people rate soup as tasting better if they put celery in it. Due to a phero in the celery I think it was, that mist out of the hot soup when you have your face in it.

I actually got a pumpkin pie candle because of the research I read on this stuff, and it totally works!

I also picked up a cucumber oil online a while back. It turned out it wasn’t the right viscosity for aromatherapy reeds, but using it as an oil on skin I got a LOT of compliments from the wife.

Cucumber would be a pretty good scent option for AD. It’s an extremely “light & clean” association.
Can’t remember if it was the scent itself that was arousing to women, or something else in it.

The Sephora near my house has a spray that smells just like Cannabis Flower. For your “not safe for work” mixes…

When you say it works, what are you finding that it does? Does it have more of an effect on you or on your wife?

Creed sounds nice, something soapy.

Let’s try tobacco + vanilla. One of my favorite scents.

Volutes and duelle by Diptyque have that! Except they have minimal staying power so you have to reapply after 3 hrs and it’s pricey.

Cardamom and citrus; something akin to Gucci Guilty Intense.

Doc (I refer to MHarris as Doc), I personally would like to see infusions of natural, plant scented parum’s. It’s possible and more probable that I’m a rare minority in this desire, but I’ll explain why.

I’m not the type of person that uses scent on myself. I’ve shunned deodorant since 2011, with the reasoning that it blocks my natural pheremone signature from being detected. After acknowledging the smell A314 gave off after degrading on my body for the first time yesterday, I am now confident that my natural “stank” is a -none heavy signature… which truly explains a lot about the type of people I seem to unintentionally attract prior to mone experimentation (older women wanting children). Although I haven’t qutie figured the mone I emit that causes people to open up to me consistently more so than others, I now am on the quest to determine said mone.

All that being said, I know that you’re experienced with the science behind diffusion of perfumes, and very likely essential oils (experience with extraction of these essential oils yourself would rank you even higher on my ‘men I respect and want to emulate’ list).

I responded to a post earlier regarding a member who wanted to experience positive health effects from mones, which in and of themselves I haven’t (yet) found the research that shows efficacy in health effects. However, Based on my research of aromatherapy, certain esters can be extracted from various plants that if used properly in mone recipes, might exhibit self and proximity health benefits from consistent exposure.

In fact, if any product exists that fit the aforementioned descriptions, I want to know as it is a product I’m extremely anticipating on offering to my target market in my company’s demographics. I don’t know any person better than you Doc, to help come up with a product like this… And please, enlighten me if there already is since I’ve only been browsing the forum with seriousness since Friday.

peace and love

Two fragrances I users a cover scent is Serge Lutens Fumerie Turque " using leafy blond tobacco as a raw material together with honey, underpinned with a few, slightly obscured hints of rose petal" or Sara Horowitz’s Perfect Kiss… “night blooming jasmine and honeysuckle rests upon a base note accord of creamy sandalwood and warm amber that is made even more inviting by a hint of dark chocolate. This fragrance dangerously leaves one smelling positively edible”
