Not good looking: Instant Shine, Ammo and inner game over looks

I agree with you when you say that less attractive people are just as likely as attractive people to stray. When I said boring and unsexy, I meant people who don’t have that wolfish grin / alpha walk signalling high sex drive. I reckon anyone can pull off sexy as long as they have the right vibe. Just look at some of those celebrity models out there! Click here and here and here. Yeah, I think A.Brody is pretty damn average.

Anyway, the point of the post is that I’ve been programmed to think that desirable = stable = boring starch-ironed oxford shirts and glasses. Which is probably why I found this guy hotter than this one. Perhaps its because of my ultra-conservative Asian upbringing. Oh yeah, and before I get slammed for digging white guys, I couldn’t find any pictures of conservative looking Asian dudes on the web… what’s with all the chiggers? Sigh.

Edit: Erm, I would probably date this guy if he was a sweetie and smelt nice.

OKAYYYYYYY enough edits for one post.

In words, maybe. Just imagine the “dork” comes to you and tell you: “You’re sexy! Do you want to dinner with me?” and than imagine the exotic model come to you on the beach and tell you “Hey, how are you?”.

You’ll find that maybe both of them are jerks but after you’ve slept with the exotic model.

So that’s the differences.

Sorry for the English.

Hmm..this bit sounds wrong to me:

Physical Attractivness Stereotype
Folklore indicates that physical beauty is a sign of inner beauty. Studies have confirmed that the two attributes are highly correlated (for both sexes). People also felt physically attractive people would become more successful and happier. Interestingly, they only future performance where physically attractive people would not be expected to be better was as parents.

from a folklore perspective, it seems more like there is an assumed inverse relationship between physical beauty and inner beaty.

as for my 2 cents - I love underwear models. i’ve dated one or two over the years. Nice guys. I’ve also dated physically unattractive guys. Fell in love with one too - he turned out to be a liar and a cheat. In my experience - looks have nothing to do with how well a guy treats you.

Well actually maybe a little bit. In that it seems the good-looking guys with lots of options will be choosier about who they date to save themselves the drama, whereas a less attractive guy may try to “force it” just to feel wanted.

I don’t think women are much different - the attractive ones are choosy, and sometimes the less attractive ones are kinda slutty instead.

Again people are stigmatizing the angles I use to meet girls and making me out to be some sort of crazed rapist. I never attacked anyone elses character on this forum so I will kindly ask other users to refrain from attacking mine. As for pursuing educated and accomplished women I would love to Gegogi. You tell me where 20 year old women with careers and graduate degrees hang out I’ll meet you there, smart ass. I also think that there is a miscommunication with this post. I thought this post was to help an average looking guy get laid where in reality he is looking for a wife which does make my comment seem out of line . I apoligize for this misunderstanding. As for all the insinuations that I am some woman beating piece of dirt I don’t know what to say. Perhaps you guys might want to see a shrink.

Hmmm…looks like I’m your mom’s choice!!:stuck_out_tongue:

m3turbo - i’m not sure how you figure gegogi is making a personal attack on you with his post. I don’t see it? i jsut see him tlaking about what it was like when he was oyung and then how he matured.

It’s too bad then for us guys who are not boring, who are sexy with stable income (and with pheromones) and no infidelity…

“A body was found burned to a crisp sitting in front of a computer screen…”

Can you say Napalm?

Have a fire extiguisher handy…

What? I’m afraid I have missed your point. :frowning:

… HOKAY.. so… to end this thread before it gets outta hand… just get plastic surgery kthx

Actually plastic surgery probably would not help in the situation of someone believing they are ugly.

Maxwell Maltz, a successful plastic surgeon, wrote a book: PsychoCybernetics, about how people with deep seeded personal images of ugliness in many instances still find their person to be ugly even after undergoing dramatic plastic surgery.

It’s a psychological disorder and prevents the person from actually seeing the change as beneficial. What he basically concludes if you feel ugly, no amount of surgery is going to make you stop feeling ugly. Only deep psychological change in ones self will heal the person from believing they are not ugly.

hah I know… I was joking around

I know you were buddy. :stuck_out_tongue:

But I also heard Michael Jackson has been lurking around and thought maybe he could use some advice.

He’s just “bad” that’s all

He means that if you were to post a similar opinion on the women’s section of the forum, you would get flamed like no other. Hence the joke about finding someone burnt to a crisp.

wow, thats kind of weak

I actually laughed out loud at Rbt’s post  (true!!!)

however everyone needs a safe place to have their voices heard, men’s forum should be free for expression.
