I don’t know what either of those things are, are they a medicine or herb? I asked him, he has no idea. He stopped taking medicine months ago and has been just eating well and cut out a lot of processed food. We eat a lot of organic and grow our own herbs, it seems to have helped with his depression a lot as well as the his son’s ADD, though recently his son has been taking in a lot of sugar (Halloween).
He doesn’t wake up anxious but can get anxious during the day.
As for your headaches…start out slowly with the PHs. A lot of users, especially ones that do not often wear scents get headaches. I even get headaches sometimes when testing some mixes, which I have to make sure to note for other tests of similar types of products etc.
I would recommend start with less if you are getting a headache and go slowly. Maybe wait 30 minutes before smelling your wrist after you spray etc or spray only 1/2 spray and wait or apply to a location that will not give you such a direct contact. When I want others to get the affects, but not get a headache I usually spray the back of my neck.

Animals are VERY susceptible to pheromones. My dog loves it when the package arrives in the mail, her pupils dilate almost entirely and she clings to me so closely. She smells directly on the spot I apply, ie my wrist and she tries to lick it…I don’t let her, but she knows exactly the spot of application.
As for application, a lot of people reapply as these things don’t last forever. You will get varying answers on re-application times. I would recommend you get accustomed to the pheromones before dosing yourself again, at the same time, more frequent (low) dose may help you get past the headache…It really is your choice on approach. I would suggest 4-6 hours after first dose to reapply if you are going to, you can wait longer, but you may not want to reapply before then until you get more used to these.
