self esteem

is there anything that i can use to raise my own self esteem? i was thinking a314 under my nose to get the self effects from it. what do you guys thinks?

thanks

I am believe that A314 does that for me, I feel more focused, aware and I am definitely more productive when I wear it. I also tend to step out of my normal box and become more outgoing. For anyone else though I would say the only way to find out is to test it. Instant shine also helps me feel better about myself and makes me feel much more energized and ready to go. So I would suggest both of those.

I also suggest that you use Instant Shine. I have never personally used it, but from what I have read ( a lot in the past couple of days) is that, basically, it gives you a happy mentality, and the people around you one also.

It makes sense to me that once you see a bunch of smiling, “I accept you” faces from people around you, you’ll get an esteem boost each time, slowly building up to a strong character.

Maybe Instant Openness would work too; I’d guess getting approached by people, as long as you’re congruent, will help you to feel better about yourself, and getting to see the real approachable, attractive person you are.

long term self-esteem change is another story.

Short-term: a314 and inst shine.

Instant Shine + Instant Gentleman

i am trying to make Self Motivation MIX (for males) - PheroTalk Pheromone Forum too

alright thanks everyone. om gonna try those and see which one works.

I’m gonna agree with Shap about long term versus short term. A314 would be my suggestion for short term effects, but it’s NOT going to change who you are inside.

I’m going to suggest taking a fraction of the money you would spend on A314 and picking up a couple of self-improvement books on building sef-esteem, which can help you to change your outlook and provide for life-long lasting results. I also believe that the boost in self-esteem and self-confidence that you could get from pheros or pharmaceuticals is nothing compared to what you can accomplish on your own.

goood thread… I need help to find the right one myself

i agree with mark-in-dallas. after reading a few things and improving your self-esteem on your own pheromones could be even more useful to you.

I think it would impossible for any product to increase your self esteem because sub-consciously you’re depending on something to make you feel good rather than feeling good from within. If you have to use a spray then your mind will probably equate that it’s inadequate without it, which in the long run is unhealthy.

I create a different mindset for myself when using pheromones because I don’t want to rely on them for my self esteem. My self esteem defiantly needs working on but it’s a separate issue for me. I want to become successful with pheromones so I can cement the opinion I have of myself onto those I meet, I hope they will ease this process. I do however believe that the biggest change will happen when I become more assured of the opinion I have of myself, then hopefully the pheromones will make my charisma run like clockwork.

Anyway, all pheromones make me feel more confident but I think its placebo. There are defiantly other self affects but I wouldn’t describe them as self esteem per se although they are similar.

thanks mark and wildflower. your advice really got me thinking.

I recommend Instant Shine and/or Instant Gentleman.

very thoughtful and true. however, a friend of mine told me that “you have to build confidence on success.” So if pheros can build confidence based on success then great, the idea is not to depend on them. Clever guy, + reps.

Self-esteem is more a belief issue- beliefs give rise to thoughts which give rise to feelings and actions, and I don’t believe pheros could change that long-term unless you wanted them to. They definitely can reduce social anxiety, though, I’ve experienced it myself, but they don’t change beliefs. Incompetent people also tend to have high self-esteem and often believe this is normal that they deserve this self evidentially, whereas competent people often have lower self-esteem Sometimes a bit of an inferiority complex makes you a better person, more driven. It’s only really bad when you start thinking negatively in absolutes.
