you are spending your money on something they claim will work.
has tweaking them changed the fact that they work ?
are you getting product in exchange for your money?
if using your own energy to test a product designed to enhance your life is letting you down, by all means go on strike.
i personally dont feel like they OWE me, but that is how you come across,
even if you dont mean to.
with the FREE product they send with their packages,
the service they provide
and
fact that they even care enough to tweak ANYTHING,
i think we are pretty damn lucky.
I don’t mean to come off as saying they owe us anything more than what they say. But if there is a problem than they owe it to us, the customers, to fix it.
I never said I felt let down. In fact I said I loved their products at the end of my post and that I didn’t want to be let down. Not saying they have. But with all the skepticism going around it’s hard to decide whats true and what isn’t. I just don’t want to be taken advantage of. For now I trust Androtics. They haven’t lost my business.
OK So far this sounds like the well reasoned opinion of an articulate woman.
In fact, except for the heartfelt profession of love, this is probably a good example of today’s aware, involved consumer in any modern market.
Then we had:
Huhhh???
We go from, it’s their money and they can do anything they want, to it’s your money and they don’t owe you anything for it. In fact, you’re very fortunate that they pay an attention to you at all.
Now just because something doesn’t make sense to me, I don’t just dismiss it out of hand. I really try to make sense of things.
Y’all know how I work. I was prepared to splice together a dozen or more quotes of everyones specific objections with a handful of links and few hundred words on market forces, consumer demand, the value of customers, etc.
What took me so long is that I was that I was rereading really trying understand what Diane and Lor have been trying to say. I was disappointed to find that the only logical pattern that I could find was to purposely talk around and past the real issues in an attempt to paint them as non-problems, and adressing specific objections as though they said something entirely different in a consistent pattern of attempting to represent a widespred discontent as lack of understanding or knowledge and a series of personal problems.
What drew me off my natural path of market/customers was that two little things here at the end here continued to irritate me.
Sit down and shut up.
and
You must have a personal problem.
And then the pattern fell in place. It started to make some kind of sense.
Lor and Diane, I think you both know that I think highly of you. Lor your wealth of experience is legend. Diane the depth of your technical knowledge is honestly impressive and your willingnes to experiment, truly couragous. You know that I qoute both of you extensively in other threads. I have repped both of you again recently. I follow and enjoy both of your journals.
But out here in the open forum if your purpose has been to consistently irritate and alienate more and more of the forum members, you’re making steady progress.
this was happykitsune’s last post.
in reply to mine.
follow someone else around the forum and twist their words around.
find someone else “fascinating”.
i stand behind what i said…
those that have the issue
(never DID say it was happy’s issue. even SHE knew that )
should and have every right to have them addressed.
those that never had an issue
(but jumped on that train anyway)
wont be satisfied because these issues didnt affect them personally.
i was never here to make friends.
that was just frosting on the cake.
if i alienate anyone by being honest,so be it.
I AM NOT HERE TO WIN A POPULARITY CONTEST.
I finally got that email from the rat lady and got my 2 baby rats So now I’ve decided to post again.
I never said I had an issue, but the fact that others were having issues caused me to become apart of this “mess”. If one or more people are having a problem with a company than there could be (notice I said could be) cause for worry. And I don’t want to not trust a company I’m purchasing from.
Like I said, I don’t want to be taken advantage of and I don’t want someone to just throw these issues under the rug. And hearing things like what Diane said made me feel like the company didn’t care and wanted to keep secrets from us.
It looks like Jasmine and MHarris are doing a good job at finally listening to us and I admire that in them. They really care about us.
But I’m not so quick to rest easily just yet. I’m keeping a close eye and will be watching for more updates on how they will fix these issues.
I hope to see great things from them in the future
