She’s two inches taller than me and twenty years younger. I’m just trying to level the playing field.
In the movie Factory Girl there is a scene where Andy Warhol tells Edie Sedgwick’s wealthy parents that he made their daughter famous.
“Everyone wants to be famous,” he lilts.
“We wanted so much more for her,” they respond in a disengaged drone.
Wealth vs. Celebrity
Rbt posted an interesting article on this thread, Body language: how the wealthy look wealthy .
I believe that this is TAC. TAC makes you much more relaxed, released from the pressures of your environment, free to disengage with seeming impunity (as though you were independently wealthy).
TAA (or Instant Shine), by contrast, is often described as Celebrity. For maintaining their livelyhood, nobody is more dependent on their social environment than a celebrity. TAA energizes a here-and-now social presence.
TAA + TAC = Stage fright
TAA says you are on stage. You cannot help but feel the eyes of the audience upon you. TAC compels you to disengage from the audience toward a self consciousness. This is the definition of stage fright. There is panic at the inability to stay on cue. The comfortably disengaged super rich tend to prefer a reclusive lifestyle.
Some people are fine with the TAA + TAC combination. Perhaps those folks can reply and tell me if my speculations are correct. I am going to guess that those people are natural extroverts. TAC releases them from the pressures of performance and their favorite psychological escape involves interacting with the individuals in their environment who within a different frame would have composed an expectant audience.
P75 Breakthrough
What cures stage fright? Confidence. The kind of real man who wears P75 wouldn’t be afraid to face – nor feel pressured by – an audience of real people.
Amazingly enough, this hypothesis works. I mix 20mcg of TAA and 20mcg of TAC and I am trembling all over, feeling rather panicy. I add P75 and the trembling diminishes almost immediately. It is diminished by 1.0mcg P75, almost gone with 2.0mcg P75 and completely gone with 2.5mcg P75. I feel calm, relaxed, confident and very socially aware.
The first time I combined TAA, TAC and P75 I noticed a strangely altered sense of proprioception. It wasn’t pleasant or unpleasant, just bizarre. I challenged it with a cup of strong coffee. The jitters did not return.
Two hours later I re-applied the TAA+TAC+P75 combination. I went to the gym wearing no pheros other than these three. I really got to like this state, which had initially felt so disorienting.
I stopped at the pharmacy. I still remember the names of the two girls working there. What’s that about? I always forget names.
When I drove, the traffic lights always changed from green to red as I approached an intersection. It was uncanny – just the opposite of the P87+P79 mix. In fact, whatever I did there seemed to be a slight, unexpected delay.
This pheropsychokinetic traffic light stuff is spooky. It happens too consistently. When I was young I believed the materialist propaganda that the basic building blocks of the universe are matter and energy. Then I came to realize that mater and energy are mere epiphenomena of holographic consciousness. But, perhaps, “smells” are, in actuality, the fundamental elements. Reality is a projection of our collective VNO upon the universal dream screen. You read it here first.
Real Stage fright
There was a class in school where we had to do presentations in front of the class. There was this Chinese girl who literally fainted. She very nervously finished her speech and walking back to her desk she collapsed and fell into a bunch of chairs. Lucky she didn’t get hurt!
Is there anyone out there who is terrified of public speaking? Next time you have to give a speech, please try 2.5mcg of P75 and let us know if it works for nonphero-induced stage fright!
Great report Warren, I am sorry I didnt see it before, Things get hectic, I had to nominate it. ![]()
The Hollow feeling is sort of unusual with TAC but not totally. We may just be descibing the feeling different. I get more of a “I dont care” kind of attitude. Not really in a bad way but things just dont bug me as much.
Could be your natural chemistry dosnt mesh with it or it could be you need a really low dose.
I agree with what you mentioned in the post in the ladies forum about P75 being a masculine mone. In some ways it reminds me of anone without the arousal part. Maybe I should dilute even lower as you suggested. I will give it a try. ![]()

Thanks. It looks like you nominated the first post in the thread from back in last November. I probably should have started a new thread. The “P75 Breakthrough” is really a new thought. I know I am not the first person to notice the incompatibility of TAA and TAC. I am clearly one who has some of the worst reactions. Until recently it was difficult to understand what was going on. TAA and TAC both have some very wonderful properties. Occasionally, I mix the two accidently and am absolutely miserable. I have been looking for an understanding and a way to successfully mix the two for a long time. I’ll scatter around some links to this “P75 Breakthrough” post and maybe we’ll see if others are as favorably impressed with this discovery as I am. Some don’t have any problem mixing TAA and TAC. Steve’s famous ICM 0.25.1a {link from a deleted thread} formula mixes the two (along with P74). Other people have been complaining about a TAA+TAC problem for years!
The effects I get from TAA(20mcg)+TAC(20mcg)+P75(2.5mcg) are pretty amazing in their own right. It is a combination of social presence and relaxation and confidence all together forming a very positive state. I want to encourage others to try it. I suspect that it can become the base for a number of different mixes by adding one or two additional pheromones depending on the situation.
]I really have a hard time understanding the “hollow feeling”. The first thing I found that allowed me to comfortably wear TAC without the hollow feeling was P124 – which was not adequate in relsolving the TAA+TAC conflict. I find that P75 is much better. Even if I do not wear TAA, TAC is much more comfortable with 1.0mcg P75. I wear this combination to the gym and don’t get nearly so many sore muscles, strains and pulls. I used to be forever taking muscle relaxants, getting therapeutic massages and acupuncture treatments. The relaxing effect of TAC makes a tremendous difference!
Diane says the “hollow feeling” is loneliness. I don’t usually think of myself as someone who gets lonely very easily. Certainly, TAA is the exact opposite of lonely as it reduces the sense of personal distance. Perhaps if TAC allows for a sudden and unusually easy disengagement from one’s social environment, the emotional reaction to that state could be a lonely feeling… Strange. To me, at least, that is just strange! I generally feel wary of people around me (especially those I don’t know well) while at the same time I am drawn toward them by a certain fascination with who they really are. TAC snips one of those cords and I find myself hurling away into social oblivion. Maybe. To push my metaphors from above a bit farther: Might stage fright be similar to lonelyness in front of an audience?
I don’t really get the effects I want from TAC until 12mcg or more.
I think P75 shifts one’s social awareness toward oneself. It would be really good for someone who gets caught up in trying to please others and comes off as pathetic and desperate. It is good for confidence. But more than just a little bit and a person can become very, “Everyone else can kiss my a$$”. I haven’t noticed aggression or hostility, but I can definitely see blunt. Bluntness for sure! I generally like 1.0mcg. I use a little more for emulsifying TAA and TAC where I use 2.5mcg, but most people probably won’t need as much as I do for that.
I got TAA and TAC both at 20mcg, but P75 at 5mcg. Will give it a try. Did you spray one at a time or is this a mix?
I don’t think it matters. I’ve done it both ways.
Optimizing P75 levels
Optimizing P75 levels
I think it is well established that too much P75 can easily give most people over dose symptoms including headaches. I have found that long before I get what I’d call over dose levels I am wearing more P75 than is optimum for my relationships with others. This is documented elsewhere. I expect that there are many men who are enjoying wearing levels of P75 that actually degrade their relationships. When you are too satisfied within yourself, you tend to pay less attention to the details of your environment and the people in it. This is a classic symptom of over-confidence.
On the other hand, P75 adds an important grounding effect to TAC, especially when TAC is mixed with TAA, as discussed above. I tend to be sensitive TAC and get very bad effects when I mix it with TAA, unless I include enough P75. Finding the correct level of P75 to add to a mix including TAC and TAA has been very difficult for me. Erring just a little on either side can have disastrous social consequences. It seems every time I try to mix these three in even a slightly different way that I wind up learning something “the hard way”. Having a simple rule of thumb or gut feel for the right amount of P75 has just not worked for me.
I have come up with a mathematical equation to determine the proper amount of P75. I am not usually all so mathematical, but I am pretty excited about this formula. It fits well my experience with TAC, TAA and P75 so far.
mcg of P75 needed = 0.5 (mcg of TAC / 10) (1 + (mcg TAA / 12.5))
If you’re not that mathematically inclined, relax, it’s not that complicated. It says for each 10mcg spray of TAC, you use 0.5mcg of P75. If you add a 12.5mcg spray of TAA, double the P75; if you add two 12.5mcg sprays of TAA, triple the P75…
I don’t know how well this will hold up for me over the long run, but it does seem to summarize what worked best in my many tests of TAC, TAA and P75 up to this point. I don’t know how well it will fit other people’s needs, but if you are sensitive to TAC or TAC with TAA, it is probably a good place to start. In fact, if you are not sensitive to TAC, it could be an even better beginner’s tool because you won’t notice as dramatically when you overshoot or undershoot the optimum dose of P75.
It looks like it was last May when I was experimenting with P75 at 2.5mcg, TAA at 20mcg and TAC at 20mcg, which is, as you say, a ratio of 1:8:8. It also conforms to my more mathematical P75 formula in the immediately preceding post.
This P75 at 2.5mcg, TAA at 20mcg and TAC at 20mcg combination is probably a good base to work from if you want that to be the dominant theme of your mix.
I think of TAA as “social presence” and TAC as “relaxed disengagement” as described in the “Wealth vs. Celebrity” section of the May 3, 2009 post.
On older television sets, you used to have more knobs than you seem to on the newer ones. You had a volume knob as well as a channel selector. Then you had additional fine tuning for the channel and horizontal and vertical controls, contrast, color/tint adjustments… I have this imaginary phero effects mixer with a TAA social presence knob and a TAC relaxed disengagement knob. I adjust those “knobs” to get the effects I imagine will be good in a certain mix and then go to the formula to select the proper amount of P75. I continue to reconfirm that the optimum P75 dose exists within very narrow tolerances.
mcg of P75 needed = 0.5 * ( mcg of TAC / 10) * (1 + ( mcg TAA / 12.5))
With social mixes, I have, after a lot of tweaking, found that 15mcg TAA, 10mcg TAC and 1.25mcg P75 makes a good addition. I generally select the amount of TAA that feels right and adjust the TAC level around that to find the desirable social/emotional tone. With P106 mixes I like less TAC, which means you’re moving away from the 1:8:8 ratio and the P75 mathematical formula becomes more valuable.
As far as mixing in general, I have found that TAA/TAC/P75 combinations mix well with everything I have tried, no paradoxical or unexpected reactions. If you know what to expect from TAA/TAC/P75, adding it to a mix just adds that effect to whatever the mix already did. That holds for everything I’ve tried so far, and I’ve mixed it with just about everything I’ve got, at one time or another.
It’s interesting - I’d been playing around with TAC + IS (essentially TAA) and P75 without reading these posts at all…
The addition of P124 to the mix is beyond excellent (I’ve worn it at 37.5) - I feel P124 really grounds me in a I become aware of my connection to my own inner person… Poor explanation - It is like it provides mental stability… so much so that I even feel more physically stable while wearing it.
I’ve also been experimenting adding P123 + Rone/None to make it more aggressive
I wanted to elaborate on my experiences with the mix mentioned here. P75, TAA, TAC 1:8:8 ratio. I am out of the mix, awaiting my next order to bring me TAA. Since for the past couple days I have had to use something else, I was able to examine the mix and reflect on an aspect that I have not mentioned.
I was thinking about your hollow feeling that you mention when using TAC. In using this mix, I have the noticed the “hollow” feeling. For me its more of a hollow place inside myself that I can “feel” in my mind. I have noticed it every time I have used the mix, but I was not able to come up with a good description of it. Rereading your posts gave me the name I was searching for.
I have played around with this feeling. I can place myself mentally inside the hollow that is there, and when I do that, I have a completely different point of view on the events that are taking place around me. My thoughts even seem to run in a different pattern. I also seem to disconnect from my normal feelings that I would experience when engaging in conversations. Something that would upset me or hurt my feelings, means nothing to me. I am like “in my happy place”. I am still able to interact normally and express thoughts and opinions like normal. Also I have noticed that I still feel happiness. Probably due to the TAA.
