TAF Question

On the flip side however, TAF (https://pheromonelabs.com/) might enable a modulating effect that produces calmness and concentration via paradoxical reaction to people with ADD just like Ritalin.

Somethings are counterintuative. Who the hey would think speed (Ritailin) would/could calm a child down and enable him to function at a normal level?
