Some of us need classes in how to make better choices. My H is not a total dick (just to me, but lovely to everyone else), but we are completely and utterly incompatible. Opposites may attract, but at some point you have nothing in common.
Well, I’ve pretty much learned that the little nagging voice inside me is a better judge of character the rest of me, and is usually right. So, in answer to whether you can see it coming, I can’t really say for sure. But, if you follow those gut instnicts, you can stop it from happening.
As to making better choices…I just choose not to choose anymore. Lust is more fun than love anyway.
