Been a while since I posted! In a sticky situation and trying to get this girl back after messing things up with her. She’s finally agreed to meet up with me after 2 months of no meeting up and not much communication.
I hadn’t drank in over a year, went overboard (Tequila, Whiskey, Vodka, Beer) and was pretty smashed. I sent her some dumb texts, like asking her to be my FWB, etc. She now thinks I only want her for the sex so she’s acting cold and not very interested in speaking to me.
My question is, how do I conjure up the most potent fallout mix known to man?
You start testing - There is no quick fix for this
You need to find what combos she responds best to, then stick with them for a prolonged period (fallout always builds over repeated exposure/withdrawal cycles) till they set-in (or not) before moving-on to something else.
Having a good look at the various fallout threads is the best place to start - lots and lots of good effective combos there.
Sounds good, she could never look me in the eyes! I want to make her able to trust me, feel comfortable around me and attracted to me.
Since she’s agreeing to meet up with me, I need to make an incredibly good impression and come off as very confident. I’m usually kind of shy around her, which I think she dislikes.

If getting trust back is a factor, don’t go too high on the sexual components of the mix to begin with - but don’t ditch them completely. Then if fallout sets-in, increase them progressively, not suddenly. This makes a big difference
IH/P74/IS (with or without 314 and sexual) should be high on your list of combos to consider - That works wonders for trust, connection and feelgood engagement that can be driven in a sexual/romantic direction pretty easily.
Ah I see. Yeah, trust is really big with her and I need to earn it back some how. When she was drunk, she texted me “I reaaallyy liked you, but we’re both too shy” or something, any advice regarding that?
P83 is a good secondary that complements most if not all fallout mixes but its not IME a primary fallout phero - I’d not introduce that one till she is at a point where she will be comfortable with you getting physical again. FTM it could be quite counterproductive.
A1 - I’d tend to use that or IH/P74 - using the two together can flatten and confuse mixes and moderate any none into near-uselessness. IH/P74 will do more to help regain trust and connection than A1 as well. Once that has done its job, it is viable to transition to A1 as you move to the next stage.
Went out tonight for a pub crawl (jumping from club to club, drinking alcohol), spoke to a few girls whilst wearing IS, A314, P83 and TuTH. Didn’t notice any difference and there wasn’t much interest from any girls. I felt kinda left out and as though no one noticed me
However, it was my friend’s Athletics club initiation, they were all pretty close and I didn’t know any of them.
I should have approached more girls in the clubs tbh. There were a few goldmines of girls sitting at tables, but I had no idea how to approach them and what to say.
Dude A314 combined with TUTH is a waaaay too heavy mix for a guy your age. No wonder you felt left out. How much did you spray?
While going out A314 never has been of use to me, it’s just too serious and doesn’t help you meet new people. Wear it around people you already know, or at work / job interviews. With TUTH I have to be very careful. Only works for me when I already have rapport, kino, etc. Too much androstenone to start with.
Try a more casual/social mix like Ammo/IS or something with Mx297 next time you go out.
Yes - A314/TUTH is a fairly heavygoing/mature mix that really only hits home around late 20s and (better still) over 30s women IME. The instances of younger women going for it are much less and more of the “exception that proves the rule” variety. Although IME, athletes and athletic types are amongst those who do tend to respond better to more overt mixes across the board.
Its also not that great a fallout mix due to its overtness - although it can be useful round a developed fallout in the right environment (ie raunchy!) With fallout, you need to develop a base mix that can be worn around you target/s in all situations, then steered as the individual situation allows - eg more status, more sexual, more engagement/confiding. This is where A314 in differing proportions, TUTH A1 and P74 all have critical and particular roles.

So - Ditch the Ammo, its alphanol is a fallout killer. Use a little TUTH instead - The IH/P74 is a good moderator.
You need to do basic testing to find your sweet spot, then go-higher than normal on the IH and but keep the P74 below 30mcg in all but overt/high status mixes.
I see. The first time I met this girl, I wore Ammo. I slept at her place the first night and when I left, she kept texting me that her bed smelt of me and she loved it, etc.
Would you say just 1 spray of TUTH and 4 sprays of IH? (With 30mcg of P74). No A314 at all?
Also, if I meet up with a new girl, what kind of fallout mix would you recommend? I would love to test out some A1 as I’ve heard amazing things about it.
gotta agree with mobo on this one.alpha nol is good for breaking the ice,but the conversations are artificial.plus too much alpha nol people become dopey,loopy and very silly.a fallout killer for sure.good for meeting new people and breaking the ice,but really bad for fallout.A314+A1 is a legendary classic,can’t go wrong with this simple combo.nude alpha+A1 is another lethal mix.throw in some heavy beta nol product(IH or connectionxs)and you’re set.but you have to do the work though,that’s the important part and stick to that combo
Fallout isn’t the be-all and end-all of phero use. There are plenty situations and people for whom this approach is highly unsuitable and lighter alphanol and other non-fallout mixes are just as practical.
One spray of Ammo as a cover seems viable if she goes on the scent, yes.
You could probably manage a bit more TUTH or TUTH/Ammo IMO. You age makes A314 difficult - Keep it low for starters if you do try it. IH/P74 is still a good basic fallout combo without it.
No trust/reconnection issues with a new girl - Check the A1 Mix Repository thread for lots of ideas! A1 is also far less damaged by alphanol than other fallout pheros, so your choice is wider.
