The most potent Fallout mix possible?

I believe there is an option to select FF21 as the fragrance? Also, should i pick Perfumer’s Alcohol?

What’s the difference between regular perfumer’s alcohol and perfumer’s alcohol w/ cologne-strength fragrance?

OMG! They put FF21 in there after I requested it, that’s awesome! So yeah, choose that lol.

Idk about the Fragrance option, I was told to just get Perfumer’s and not have to get the fragrance, you can try asking support.

I’ll let you know if my FF21 with just Perfumer’s alcohol and not w/ light/heavy fragrance smells similar to ammo still.

There should be - I remember John reinstating it after it vanished during the product/component shortages at the beginning of the year.

The difference is just that, first is unscented alcohol, the other is the same stuff with a scent. You need the latter and go for cologne strength (20%) so you only need one spray. Ammo is in light cologne strength (10%) as standard but remember, FF21 alone as a cover may smell slightly different to you as you don’t have the mone scents influencing the final package.

The bottle with fragrance and alcohol should be about $20. Many putatives only come as 12.5, and that is way too strong for TAL, for example, so I do some dilutions myself. But the bottle as you buy it (the mone shipped to you) has fragrance, diluent and DPG fixative. The idea is to try to match the diffusion and fixation of the original, but less solute mone per solvent mL. I don’t know if they add DPG to the mixing supply 30 mL bottle you buy. I’d like to be able to add DPG in dilution. So just 30 mL DPG with no alcohol or fragrance is $10. I think you really need both to do it properly.

But then comes the dilemma of knowing the best DPG to FF21/alcohol ratio!

If you just need it as a cover scent, DPG only complicates the issue FF21 persists well in any form. Save that for later and read the threads on adding DPG before you start.

Or alternatively - Just use one spray of Ammo for its scent. It will cover the rest no-problem!

The DPG is only an issue for actual dilution. As just a cover scent, it should not matter. What I don’t know is if they add fixative to the mixing supplies when you buy it. Again it shouldn’t matter much. It would be like layering AMMO over neroli, except that AMMO is 10%. Now, I’m just in the store, and when I populate empty 30 mL, P. Alcohol with cologne frag. and FF21 = $35.94. Light frag. FF21 is $10 less. I assume they mean 6% and 20% strength. 6% is maybe enough. I ask this out loud because my assumptions may not be correct. Like I assumed 314 spray was Rev. 31 (wrong, the picture was old)! I’m trolling for John or Mick to maybe clarify.

It won’t matter much because I remember Steve mentioned a while ago that AD uses like 2 drops of DPG per gallon. And it doesn’t make sense they add DPG to the regular PA as there’s no mones/fragrance in it for DPG to hold. The most important thing would be to consider the fragrance strength when diluting so it won’t get too low and affect diffusion.

Ok so I got my FF21 30ml today with the “just perfumer’s alcohol”, 10$.

This was before I noticed FF21 as an option to be chosen, so I requested in the order notes about it.

Definitely not as strong as Ammo is. Probably good idea to get w/ light fragrence and see if that bumps the strength a bit.

Wore ammo today, so my nose is a bit tired today and cant really give an accurate description at the moment.

Otherwise, it’s almost the same thing. It’s not as sweet/pungent as ammo since no mones, which sucks cause I like that part when it dies down. As said before, same strength isn’t there at what I bought. Still has that clean smell to it, so I think it could still be used as a cover.

…

Well it may be odd since I selected “Just Perfumer’s Alcohol” and still got my FF21 and scented for 10$. But support said I could do that, so I’m assuming they did give me the light fragrance after all? :o
If I had to spend 20~30$, I’d rather just buy another bottle of Ammo really with its pheromonial benefits.

Actually, I just realized it’s perfect for refreshing your own Ammo scent later in the day without fear of ODing. It’s good for a subtle scent refresh, say at work, where people wont know for sure you just dumped on actual Ammo strength stuff, but enough power to diffuse a bit.

Interesting. Wondering if unfrag. = 6%, frag. = 10% and cologne frag. = 20%. Maybe there will be some feedback on this thread in future; if they actually have all those options maybe more people would take advantage? Pro Tip: Ask them to wrap the top of the TOGO in tape (the whole top half). No leaks (or very few).

The PA bottles look like this:

the Akuto is 20% cologne strength but it isn’t labeled as such. Unfragranced has no scent.
