I can’t leave the house. I am afraid they are going to bit me or attack me.
Whenever I put pheros on they come out of everywhere start making noises and whipping their tailes around and staring at me. One time the female was extremely upset and was upset with everyone that came to my door!
Even more ironic is the fact that they only live in 3 or 4 strongholds now, having been virtually wiped out by the invading American Grey Squirrel, most of which now have a reddish coat!! History reversing, perhaps?
Well, I gave you recipes ya want me to cook ‘em too? Scratch that, my folks are going to England for a vacation later this month. Ma will have ya’ll eating Squirrel an’ Dumplins in two shakes of a squirrel’s tail.
On a serious note, invasive species are bad no matter who’s species are doing the invading. Good luck “clobbering those damned yanks”. Never thought I’d say that.
Reds, greys and now blacks. Nature has entered a new player in the game.
A local mutation has given rise to a new squirrel that has the greys cowering. The mutant is larger, carries a thicker black coat, is more aggressive than the grey and has higher testosterone.
This presumably means higher pheromone levels. They’re stealing the women - the lady greys love them and their population is expanding rapidly.
