Can I just publicly say how impressed I am with the customer service at adrotics direct (Smartmones).
I’ve put in a few orders since the 27th and every time I’ve needed to add things or had questions and every single time they’ve went out there way to fix any problem I’ve caused. The shipping to UK is remarkably fast and efficient and not to sound ?over the top? but it’s just a stress free pleasure to deal with such a great outfit.
Their trust, politeness, organisation and efficiency massively impress me.

Why you think I keep coming back here and sending them feedback? I have to say, their product is exactly what I need, their customer service is way over the top and they are providing quality over quantity, exactly what I wanted. Sometimes I think they are OD’ing on Instant Honesty :wink:
