I for once thought it meant Instant Caucasian Magic, like the now discontinued MX203.
I’ve made a bunch of Steve’s ICM mixes and in my mind I’ve thought of them as Instant Chick Magnet because, wow. It works! 
I think you made oil based versions if I recall correctly. Many of us would love to get our hands on those.
Indeed it does work. I just put together my own 30ml bottle of the stuff now. I wish I could make an oil version.
How come I can’t find many posts on this ICM mix?

Below is my first experience with Steve’s ICM 0.25.1a. In my mind I also refer to this as ‘Jailbait Magnet’ just because it does get the youngins’ attention a bit more than I’m comfortable with. Thankfully it also works on their mothers. 
Where do you purchase these ICM mixes from?
MX301, which I have, is one of the ICM mixes. It is ICM 1a, I believe

The ICM mixes are Steve’s creation (sheer genius) for attraction and they work like a charm (at least for me)! The actual ICM’s themselves can be made from ingredients in the AD advanced section following Steve’s recipe. Unless it has sold out, the easy way is to get MX301. It is the equivalent of one of the ICM’s (I believe that one corresponds to ICM 0.25.1a). Great stuff!
I thought Steve once referred to it as an “instant cougar mix”, which made me wonder if I would attract 30+ ladies, but I guess I had mistaken 
I know MX330 has the nickname ‘Steve’s Cougar Mix’ but it works just as well on Puma’s and Kittens.
To the people who have it, What exactly did PS do for you
In my opinion, the greatest mx ever released. It’s like having a large % of the female population just begging you to ask them out. Very high-value. You feel like a completely different person. It’s weapons grade love potion!!!

Well, I’ll make it simple and short. I’ll just say that for me MX331 makes me feel horny and want to ravage while also giving me great IOI from females, while MX333 on the other hand well, I’ll just say that while wearing this in the close proximity of women I have noticed erect nipples without there being any other reason for this like the cold and what have you…
