there is some really good advice here kevio.
what you need to do is occupy yourself with other things so you dont think about her(because you want her u cant), if she couldnt have you shed probly be in the same position. spend time doing other things like going to the gym (which has many benefits).
this way you wont seem needy either.
definately dont buy a gift, i would also say dont buy a card, but this is your choice.
the casual happy bday will do.

I would like to start by saying 2 important things:
1 - life is made of changes 
2 - time is the unique thing on life we can’t have it back (you’re 23 only once!) 
I’m kind of in the same situation as you. I have invested 1 year in a relationship (special friendship) with a girl I like a lot (during that time I made no efforts in getting out or meeting other girls) and recently (in 26 December) she said that she had just started dating someone else!
I would like to say that, 1 month after, I got over her but that is not true… still have feelings for her (specially because we see each other once a week) but I decided to move on. If I keep believing something that has few chances of happening I’m wasting my time (that’s what I think)… but everything is possible in the future… but for now I’m letting other girls enter my life.

I told her last week that I was doing a private tutor job. She suddenly asked if my student is female. Yes. What’s her name? Why would you want to know? How old is she? That’s not polite to ask. — Then she put her mask on again and ask no further. She also does a private tutoring so I thought there shouldn’t be any meaning in the conversation. Now I think about it. It was just unusual.
I now what you mean… I got, 2 weeks ago, a strange sms at 23h30 (I never got an sms so late from her) it just happen that she knew I was dancing with some (girl)friends! … afterwards when I was with her I asked why she sent the sms and she answered that I need cheering (got to say I didn’t understand anything of what was written by her in the sms.. some philosophical phrase!)
What I say is… sometimes we think too much… maybe we just have to live and have fun… and what has to be will be!

The best way to learn to use pheromones is to start testing them one at a time. You’ll need to wear each one for a week or two varying the dosage until you develop a feel for how each one combines with your natural pheromones and how they affect the people around you in a variety of situations.
Some products you may figure out rather quickly, some may take longer.
Also look at other aspects of your life. Pheromones are not magic and won’t make all your problems go away. Find things about yourself that make you happy and try to make them a larger part of your life. Also look at those things you can improve and work to improve them.
Try to look at pheromones as part of a long term program of learning and self improvement, not as a short term fix. I really like your enthusiasm and curiosity and hope you become a regular contributor here. Maybe in the long run the problems with your ex girl will bring you more good than bad.

I can tell you what I would use and what would be the most likely choice but as renny said they work slightly different on each person so keep that in mind. I will try to work with some of what you have.

I would use A314 and Instant Honesty for this. A314 and Scent of Eros would do. Just be sure to take the lead when you wear A314 so they know how to act around the alpha vibe. Instant Gentleman would be another excellant choice -

I would wear Instant Shine a little A314 and Instant Openness. You can replace Instant Openness with Scent of Eros. -
Dating…
I would suggest using Ammo, Instant Openness, Instant Shine After the first few dates I would replace the Instant Openness with Instant Honesty and add a little Turn Up The Heat to spice it up. You would bring your ratio of ammo down when doing this so if you normally wear 2 sprays of ammo bring that down to 1 and add 1 of Turn Up The Heat.
If you dont want to use so much anone then get IG and up it to ammo on later dates.

I rarely use pheromones when I am solo and I am unsure what you mean by this. If you mean out cruising chicks LOL then I would use socials like IO, Instant Honesty , Ishine maybe a dab of something sexy.
