What women want???

So ladies, any responses would be much appreciated on this subject. First of all, I got my A314 and sampler of TUTH last week, still trying out the A314 and I think 3 drops is sufficient for me. It does boost my confidence quite a bit, and people do seem to be more respectful of me, but I can’t be too sure just yet. I will keep testing. Bottom line, though, is that I don’t want to rely on my mones to do all the work for me, because I know this is just a tool to help improve my chances in attracting my lady of interest. Anyway, let’s just say my Xbox 360 at this point has more game than I do!:o Also I try to be nice but that rarely gets me the responses I want. I’ve been reading a really good book and it mentioned that most every woman likes a man with confidence. Great! But what is it about a man that tells a woman that he, not just has confidence, but exudes it?

Is it the way he moves?
The way he can look you in the eyes?
Is it what he says?
Is it the way he makes you feel? If it is feeling, then what feeling do you get?

Keep in mind this is in a first impression situation as in you just met him, or maybe even you didn’t meet him but just saw him from afar.

Also do you think this question would be a great question to open a lady (as in first walking up to her and getting her opinion on the matter) and then continuing the conversation from there?

What do women want? We want everything! LOL! :stuck_out_tongue:

For a first impression, if a guy starts a really casual conversation with a friendly smile, it’ll make me feel comfortable chatting back. It’ll make me think that he’s a friendly guy. So I think “what he says”, and “the way he makes you feel” is important, but this is my opinion…and from there on if I become interested, I’ll check him out, on the way he moves…looks at me…eyes…etc. Oh and another tip: Be Positive! I admire men with a positive outlook in everything. Well not maybe everything, but for the most part, being positive shows confidence imo, being pessimistic is really meh, it drains my energy.

But in general when people have a conversation, you have to look at that person’s face, it’s normal. If a guy was talking to me but looked at the walls, I’d either think that he’s blind or that he’s really shy. Not that either is a bad thing, it’s something, I’d have to get used to  lol

For a first impression, if he looked at me with bedroom eyes or if he stared at me like a piece of meat. I’d think that this creep has gotten things really easy or is just into sex - bad impression because I wont take him seriously, I’ll use cops around him to make matters worse and test this new lab rat lol. If he moves like a mermaid in those baggy jeans (or whatever those long-uncomfortable-rap pants are called) while he is flashing his boxers, I’ll pity for him, cause I could walk normally while he’s trying so hard lol These are examples of low-self esteem or over confidence, they both suck. I don’t hate people with low self esteem though, cause I’m sure they can be changed by positive things. But people who are over confident, incredibly pessimistic or arrogant make me run miles away lol

There is so much to say. Confidence could be anything really but for the most part, I think is that you have to feel good about yourself. Not too narcissistic, but not too trashy, you just feel like you’re a great guy and it shows.

For a first impression, if a guy I wasn’t familiar with asked me those questions, I would feel really awkward. But, I would be nice and answer it. But I find it way too straight forward for a first impression. You might scare some girls away or you might give the wrong signal.

Hope it answered your question!

I have to agree with msselva…unfortunately we do want everything  but the upside of it is that we all want slightly different things! That’s not a bad thing (though may seem confusing), on the contrary; it’s a good thing! If what you do/say doesn’t float one girls boat it may well do for another. The trick I suppose is to know who wants what…

Well, I think women are just like men in a way…not all women want romantic courtship & a longterm relationship. Some just want to have no-strings fun or low comittment flings…you have to tailor your approach according to what you are after, and be upfront about it, I think one thing most women would agree on is that they don’t like players or being played.

But what is it about a man that tells a woman that he, not just has confidence, but exudes it?
Confidence is always good, but there is a balance…we may not be very receptive if a guy seems to lack confidence (or we simply wont notice he’s trying to get our attention), but swing the other way & show too much confidence & you risk coming across as cocky & arrogant which to me personally is a turn-off.

Is it the way he moves?
The way he can look you in the eyes?
Is it what he says?
Is it the way he makes you feel? If it is feeling, then what feeling do you get?

I think its a combination of all of that! You can’t really pinpoint one or two things as they tend to kinda go hand in hand . I also think that again, different women see different things as signs of confidence.

Also do you think this question would be a great question to open a lady (as in first walking up to her and getting her opinion on the matter) and then continuing the conversation from there?
Hmmm…good question. It may be a bit too much? I don’t know how I’d react if I were approached by a guy with that Q. Could be hit or miss… I reckon just stick to the basics, be down to earth & just come over to & say hi.

What women want ?

Attraction is odd, we all like different things in men.

Confidence is a big plus though and confidence is conveyed in your actions and body language. So yes its the way you move. I have a body language link in my signature so you can brush up on that. Its also in the way you talk. If you are needy or tend to put yourself down in any way we pick up on it right away.

Frankly no I dont think using this question as a opener is good. I have had guys come up to me and ask that question and usually I tell them “They want a man who already knows what a women wants and how to deliver it.”

Tish

Tish made some very good points. Have a look at the link on body language. There’s also heaps of info on the web on bodylanguage, how to use it & how to interpret it.

Then there’s always the good old “practise makes perfect”

I found thc following on another phero-forum…found it quite funny & definitively written by a guy  I had no idea women wanted dominant males who don’t care about looks & taking care of themselves…

"The most important things for attracting women are in my experience:

  1. Confidence
  2. Dominance
  3. Humour

If you have those 3 you need nothing else.

Important but not as important as the first 3:
4. Social skill.
5. Body language (you get this for free when you have 1 and 2.

Thing that may have an affect but are not that important:
6. Looks
7. Mones.
8. Cloths/style."

Here’s another “winner” They don’t seem to be overly convinced of the impact phero’s can have…maybe they are using cheap & diluted substitutes…

“1) Very important = Confidence.
2) Important = Personal Hygene and style.
3) A little important = Mones.”

Was it you Xiphoid that said in another post about not wanting a diamond in the ruff?? I cant remember.
Anyways I agreed with that post 150%! No more diamonds in the ruff for me!! Have your mess together!! lol It seems like ( for the most part) women are pretty decisive about what they want, even though it may be different things. I personally HATE cocky guys. I like shy guys, but not so shy that they run away or pass out whenever you see them, and they still have the confidence to come talk to you.

ohh another thing, its kindof weird for me when I have a guy trying to “sell” me all of his “qualifications”. ya know like “Im a this”, and “I can do that”. Im like “SHUT UP ALREADY”! I want to SEE your great qualities on my own, not have you TELL them to me. lol

Does anybody understand what Im tryna say? Or am I just babbling again? lol

Well, here’s my two cents… in no particular order

  1. Don’t be cocky. Confidence is great, but there is a fine balance between showing that you are a confident man and being a total asshole. We women can usually spot the “players” right away.

  2. Good personal hygene. To me the two worse turn offs are bad teeth and really bad body odor. That doesn’t mean bathe in cologne either. Don’t be a slob! Toothpaste, soap and water are sufficient for me. Too much cologne, or even the wrong kind (for my nose) will keep me from even getting near you, no matter how good you look.

  3. Sense of humor. If you can make me laugh, then you got your foot in the door. However, if it is always at someone elses expense, that gets old pretty quick.

  4. Intelligence. Can you carry your own in a conversation? Share your opinions? Stand up to me in verbal debate? Yes? Good! Some of the best relationships I have ever been in were with men that were not afraid to express themselves, regardless of what others thought. I ended up respecting them more for that trait than most anything else. Be open minded and try to see things from someone elses point of view.

  5. Be yourself, don’t try to throw an “image” or “look”. I know guys that spend $150 on a pair of jeans that look like they have been drug behind a dump truck on one of my construction sites, $200 shoes and “vintage” $50 tshirts. I’m sorry, I may be in the minority with this one, but if you waste this much cash on “a look” then what should I expect for our dinner date (unless of course that you have a shitload of cash that you can just piss away)? A rented DVD and fast food? Maybe later on in our relationship… Me personally, I would rather be with a man that didn’t have to put on a facade’ in order to get my attention (and I currently am). These same friends bitch to me constantly that they can’t seem to find a “nice girl” and that the ones that they do end up with are as vacuous as Paris Hilton… yeah they look good, but manage to screw up something as simple as breaking a $20.

All in all, every woman has a different set of standards that they go by in order to find the guy that is right for them. Personal chemestry, above all others, is key. Similar lifestyles, goals, and even upbringing all have an affect too. Then there is the physical aspect of it all.

Women are infinitely complex; therefore what we want is infinitely complex. All I can say is good luck!

Seriously:
confidence, but with enough humility to make him human (not to mention tolerable). To me a confident person is someone who is comfortable and accepting of who he is. He is not worrying all the time about what other people think about him, yet is in tune with people so as to be courteous and kind.

Can I get a “WOO WOO!” Luv it!:stuck_out_tongue:

Well said! You hit the nail on the head there !

Well ladies those were a lot of great and interesting answers! I’ll try to keep all that in mind!
