I feel so at home here and am using every spare moment I can to read through everyone’s posts and journals. Valentine’s Day is coming up and I was wondering about what could create your most magickal, aphodisical night, what would put you in the mood where you felt like an absolute sexual goddess. I hope you all will share. Here’s what does it for me:1. Candlelight — scented candles everywhere in otherwise dim lighting. 2. Music – Sade, Al Green (who will make me fall in love with someone I simpy cannot stand), there are others, but these are the only ones where you can just pop in one CD and forget about it.3. Scent: Sandalwood - instant arousal4. Libation - Jack Daniels and Coke, pretty pedestrian I know but is an absolute aphrodisiac for me and the only thing that doesn’t give me a headache.5. Food – Butlers Irish Chocolate Truffles, grapes, strawberries and real whipped cream, preferably fed to me. Something about having something so smooth, creamy and tantalizing in your mouth that always makes me want to pucker up. 6. Activities: Chess – there’s a cerebral connection here that is tantalizing , intimate and stimulating7. Clothing - something form fitting and that makes me feel decidedly sexy. I like my long legs to be free and my feet to be bare.8. Location - somewhere private, of course, a relaxed, sensuous and unhurried environment.9. Lingerie – minimal. Just panties and push-up bra that match and are beautiful, preferably in black, white, peach or red.10. Hair – not too styled and flowing.11. Skin - moisturized and scented within an inch of its life12. Makeup - minimal, just the basics, nothing too elaborate, but definitely glossy lips13. Room - living room. Comfortable and holds promise but no guarantees. More intriguing.14. Personal Scent – definitely something with mones and my favorite parfum of the moment.15. Jewelry - Long strand pearls and diamonds. Sensuous and sparkly!16. A really sweet guy who is not too sure of himself, but obviously in awe of me. I’m really, really big on awe.There are a couple more things, but this alone would be pretty close to perfection. How about you? Well I may disappoint on this one LOL. My mother told me something that always stayed with me. She said the key to a good relationship is not creating big celebrations on key days like your anniversary or valentines day. The key is to make every day a little like valentines day.
People save all that romance up for that one special day a year. Hell why wait to celebrate life and your relationship ? Do it now. For that reason its hard for me to make one particular day the most magickal because I try to make every day magickal at least in some small way. I do things that make me feel like a sex goddess and my husband like a sex god almost everyday. LOL I could list some of those but some are just knowing how to push each others buttons. He tries to do the same in his manly sweet sort of way. I think my father had a talk with him about this before we got married (snort) 
Maybe its being married a long time but my perfect Valentines day is just being where he is doing whatever it is we are doing. Now that my kids are older and are normally out on VD we just have a quiet evening alone. Cook dinner together, cuddle on the couch, have sex in the living room. Almost sounds like any other day. My girlfriends think its horrendous that neither of us set aside that one day to outshine the rest but they are all divorced to (snort) 
I really dont need any special gift, food, music or sexy outfit on that day all I need he his presence and attention. I much rather celebrate us everyday then one big celebration that is over after the 14th. That’s just me though. We do get gifts for each other but we do that all year as well.
So my advice to you is try to make everyday a little like Valentines day not only for your partner but for yourself whether your just dating or have been together for years. Its fine to imagine that perfect special day just dont wait for the 14th for it to happen.

Great post, Tisha! You’ve got it exactly right. Everyday should be Valentine’s Day. Imagine that much love every day. Well, I can imagine it, seems like you’ve already got it (turning green with envy…). Ok, better now. It’s just that we do so many mundane things everyday, work, wash the dishes, do the laundry, clean the house, take out the trash, wash the car, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It’s all pretty blah when you think about it. So many things that we have to do, but not that we necessarily want to do. But then there are moments when we shine, when every cell in our body is sparking, when every atom seems so alive you can almost hear it breathing. Those are the magical moments. Those are the moments we live for. I think that is what this forum celebrates. The posters here want to elevate everyday from just another ordinary day (a load of ice just fell from my eaves, scared the daylights out of me! I thought the roof was caving in). We not only want our moods to be better, we want to influence he moods of everyone around us in a positive way. Making it a better, brighter world via the olfactory senses, celebrating our right to twinkle. It’s just one more way we can give something positive to others while doing something wonderful for ourselves, spreading joy and love and happiness.That’s the spirit of Valentine’s Day, every day. And then there’s the spirit of Valentine’s night, where we celebrate the sensual in all of us. Sensuality is such a personal thing. It is one of the most indelible stamps upon our personality. Sometimes I make my hubby’s lunch for work and I leave a dirty little love note in there. Naughty voice mails are fun to.
Do the dishes in your Panties and Bra. Wouldn’t want to get those cloths wet LOL
I frequently clean naked LOL I got tired of ruining cloths with the bleach. So if he calls home and says what ya doing and I say cleaning he go’s a little bonkers.
I tend to speak in innuendos alot LOL I try to look innocent when I do it (snort) I think he’s on to me though.
When I put my the laundry away sometimes I fold a thong of mine inside his underwear. LOL
Sometimes I surprise him and jump in the shower with him.
Oh LOL here is a good one… I bought these edible underwear and I put them in his jacket pocket with a note that send hurry home for dinner. He came home for lunch LOL
My husband builds cars and races them. Not professionally just for fun. Its one of his passions. Sometimes when the mustangs are getting more attention then me I will go out in the garage and slide under the car with him… naked or in my underwear LOL. Kids caught me a few times LOL Its ok they are used to hearing me yell " shut your eyes I’m naked" snort.
I love herbal tea, I use honey or agave in my tea. I have this little honey server that looks like bee hive and the top comes off so you can pour in the honey. Sunday mornings sitting around on our lap tops or reading the paper … I will swish my finger around in the honey pot and suck the honey off real slow. Eventually I hear a sexy growl coming from his directions.
One thing that really gets him hot is when I take my mustang out to go shopping or something. I will yell see ya later from the window and do a 20 foot whole shot up the road LOL Dont ask me why it makes him hot it just does. I know he will be all worked up when I get home.
When I go food shopping I always pick him up a little something special. Whether its just his favorite candy bar or chocolate covered strawberries or something. I shop and he carries the stuff in. I put the frig stuff away and he puts the pantry stuff away. Sounds mundane right ? So I handed him a bag of stuff for the pantry but I had bought some of that

Ok this one is sorta bad … I love nature and hiking and stuff. He doesn’t. he likes fishing and the outdoors but usually doesn’t want to hike with me so he stays down by the lake and fishes while I hike. There is this big rock that overlooks the lake near my families farm and one day I was bugging him to come with me but he wouldn’t hike with me. He says its boring. So when I got up to the rock I got naked and text messaged him to look up. Never seen a man hike up a trail so fast in my life. My dad saw me though so I got a lecture on the merits of wearing cloths again LOL .
I am always burning sexy candles and at least a few times a week I set the table all pretty for him. Usually on my days off.
We still play strip poker, go skinny dipping and make out in the car, I still kick my shoes off at the table and rub my foot up his leg when we go out to eat (sometimes other body areas to LOL).

You are not kidding, Missy! You are indeed a bit of a handful! All those things sound great. I’m single, so I don’t have that wife/hubby vibe to work with when you are that close to someone emotionally. But I’ve been there before so I know what it feels like. I also know what the reverse can be. You have to make it work and it takes effort. Sounds like you also know how to make it fun. You remind me of a friend who said her husband came home all bent out of shape about something at work and kept going on and on about it. Finally, she had had enough.
