Great question. I am recalling more dreams than normally also. For someone like me that doesn’t sleep well, I think I am having more normal sleep cycles. I’ve been using instant sexiness b , with changing mixes of instant openness or instant honesty, and occasionally a spritz of taf or beta androstenol.

Dirty Dreaming with Turn Up The Heat
Hi all
As I am, to a degree, stuck indoors with a new bunch of pheros and a heavy cold I haven’t been able to try them out much.
But two nights ago after reading in here I was a bit curious about how Turn Up The Heat would affect me, so I put a drop on the back of each hand and had a good old sniff. I found it pretty pleasant, no major reactions just a “i really like the smell of this” and sniffing the back of my hand.
Not sure if it was the pheros or not, because I was also new to the fragra…
Lucid dreams
I need some advice on this one. When i wore pheromones for the first time i had greater dream recall. I was able to remember a lot more of my dreams and then after watching Vanilla sky i really got into lucid dreaming. Now my dream recall is still at the same stage as it was when i first started wearing pheros so i was wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences or does anyone here practice lucid dreaming?

Could pheromones affect your dreams?
Had IS, TUTH and A314 for around a week now, haven’t used them every day or at the same time, but it seems that they all have some kind of effect on my dreams. Obviously I can’t be sure about this by the nature of dreaming itself, but the 4 or 5 times I have used them, they’ve all been fairly late in the day around 9/10PM and I’ve always had, what seem to me as to be more vivd, “stronger” dreams. Dreams with Fecal or Urine Themes
After going to sleep with pheremone products on either me or my wife, I’ve had dreams of having feces or urine on myself. These type of dreams are highly unusual for me, and seem only to occur when I’m exposed to the pheremone products.
This morning my wife told me that she has had several similar dreams recently. Her dream last night motivated her to tell me. I wore pheremones the day before but she was not aware of it at the time.

Turn Up The Heat and its possible effect on dreaming
TO return to the topic of TUTH, I have been experimenting with spraying pheromones on myself before going to sleep, to see if it will influence dreaming. Using TUTH for dreaming enhanced my dreaming to take on a much more intense fantasy-filled night and early morning. I was wondering if someone could try this out and post their results.
Initial TAK observation
TAK seems to have a musky aroma that resembles porcini mushrooms, earthy, workin’ guy… what the Frogs call terrior (a quote:“Terroir is a useful, but hard-to-define term, coined by the French. It refers to the site-specific differences in wines that are caused by factors such as soil types, drainage, local microclimate and sun exposure”)… sociable material, appears to help remove layers of the false self/social artifice… one is more natural, more comfortable in one’s skin…

Just ordered Androstenone, Androsterone, TAA, A1, and Spaceland. I plan to combine them with Realm Men (which contains Estratetraenol) for a fiendishly diabolical concoction. I will keep y’all posted on the results. Peace.
Experimenting
Received my pheromones last Friday, done a few experiments so far.
1 – I started of with “Ammo”, 2 sprays, one on my chest and one on my back. Within a few minutes I was feeling kind of energetic and more aware/in tune. Did not really have a proper venue for the test, was just meeting a friend and going around to another friends place for some beers. But I was taking public transport so that was my target so to speak.
