Why "Hits" don't matter

This was my response to the “Which product have you got your most obvious hits off of?” poll. I realized that I should put this in a separate post because I feel that it is useful information that new users and experimenters should take into account before posting.

Which product have you got your most obvious hits off of?

Right off the bat I am going to go with TUTH . Its not my favorite pheromone, nor is it the most versatile but it consistently makes getting laid easier and that’s a result that’s easy to measure.

I get the most obvious “hits” from it because I’ve had girls kissing/sucking at my neck at the specific point on my neck where I applied it. I’ve always wondered why they don’t taste the chemical on my neck but I don’t fuss too much about it. Anyway’s the “hit” at that point no longer matters because by the time that’s happening you’re already sealing the deal.

This brings me to the topic of hits not mattering in general. I don’t wear mones so that I can go out and get Hits (whether it be “respect” hits from others or sexual hits from girls). I started using mones when I was 16 and would consciously analyse my social interactions with others to try and discern whether I got a hit or not and count how many “abnormal” (yet positive) interactions I got that day and go home feeling successful if I felt like I had an interaction where I was the alpha male (such as getting others to agree on where we should eat) or if I had 3 girls hug me that day or something. As I got older and more experienced the frequency of such things increased to the point where I stopped counting them and took it all into stride as being a normal occurrence. This is when I realized that “hits” don’t matter at all. Everybody counting hits or taking note of the number of hits they get in a day or week or whatever is doing so because they haven’t internalized the idea that they are the type of person who gets respect everywhere they go. If your post of the day is “WOW I was in the elevator, and someone asked me what floor I was heading to and couldn’t look me in the eye because I was so Alpha and then pressed the button for me!” then that’s great for you but what did you do about it. I remember when I was a noob I would probably have stood there shocked at first that A314 was working so well, then bask in the feeling of smugness that slowly crept up my belly. Instead of standing there shocked and smug, work on your social skills by initiating conversation and really work the A314 or whatever you’re wearing not only so you can have an actual solid interaction to share with us about but also for your own growth as a person. If you actually go up to the girl who “batted her eyelashes at you for a second longer than normal” and strike up conversation, you can actually gain something substantial from that OTHER than a fleeting good feeling that pheromones can get girls batting eyelashes at you.

Alot of this is stuff that experienced users take as being common knowledge but I remember when I was first starting off, it was all about Hits and IOI 's and DIHL 's, etc. So what I want to express to newer users out there is INITIATE CONVO with people you find interesting. You were walking down the street and a sexy girl just got slapped in the face by your sex-god phero cloud? Don’t walk away and tweet about it. Strike up conversation and see if she’s cool enough to be a part of your life and then come write about what was unique about the interaction you had with her and which molecules you believe helped create that interaction. The thing we need to stress is that the HIT itself is NOT unique. I feel like I’m ranting so I’m going to stop now but long story short, HITS are not special. They occur every 10 minutes to those people skilled at social interactions and do not deserve to be written about. The Unique interactions that arise from said hits are what need to be posted and discussed.

Cheers Haven’t been on the forum in over a year so I felt like i had to contribute what I’ve learned

Damned right! Not that I don’t give into the urge to analyze, but it’s really not about that in the long run, not for trying to pick up the ladies and not for the rest. It’s still fun to do research, but it can be a trap if you are quietly observing the world instead of being part of it.

I think for most people the purpose of using mones is not about the hit however until they feel confident in there mones working they will always analyze everything. Once they establish that confidence in the product they begin to develop more confidence in there interactions with others and they begin to react to those hits. Its just a natural progression.

It is part of the reporting process. On there own they may not be unique but on a whole these small indicators create a response pattern. It helps us understand what each molecule is doing and the subtle differences in the character of each molecule. So it may not be important to socialization on a whole or to you but it is to advanced users and AD. I strongly do not agree when you say they do not deserve to be written about. They are actually far more important to report then you realize because they help uncover a pattern of behavior seen from the different molecules. The more detail the better.

Everyone has a different skill level when it comes to socialization. So you may read about a hit that doesn’t seem like a big deal to you because your used to it but it is unique to that individual. Every users is not ready to jump into a convo with the hot girl that got hit by there phero cloud. This forum is about research and progressing forward in socialization and interaction and it doesn’t matter where your starting point is. I appreciate and respect each and every persons contribution here and each and every step forward they make no matter how small.

I just cant agree with the “hits are not important” opinion.

I do agree that what you do after you get the hit is important and people should put an effort into interacting not just observing. They should move forward but like I said that comes easier to some then others and as they become more confident with there mones its a natural progression.

Tisha

I agree, without a doubt.

One cliff note is the hits probe mones work in a blatant manor for new users.
