A woman's ability to enjoy sex shows up in her gait

FuturePundit: Orgasmic Women Walk Differently :open_mouth:

"
The results showed that the appropriately trained sexologists were able to correctly infer vaginal orgasm through watching the way the women walked over 80 percent of the time. Further analysis revealed that the sum of stride length and vertebral rotation was greater for the vaginally orgasmic women. ā€œThis could reflect the free, unblocked energetic flow from the legs through the pelvis to the spine,ā€ the authors note.
There are several plausible explanations for the results shown by this study. One possibility is that a woman’s anatomical features may predispose her to greater or lesser tendency to experience vaginal orgasm. According to Brody, ā€œBlocked pelvic muscles, which might be associated with psychosexual impairments, could both impair vaginal orgasmic response and gait.ā€ In addition, vaginally orgasmic women may feel more confident about their sexuality, which might be reflected in their gait. ā€œSuch confidence might also be related to the relationship(s) that a woman has had, given the finding that specifically penile-vaginal orgasm is associated with indices of better relationship quality,ā€ the authors state. Research has linked vaginal orgasm to better mental health.
The study provides some support for assumptions of a link between muscle blocks and sexual function, according to the authors. They conclude that it may lend credibility to the idea of incorporating training in movement, breathing and muscle patterns into the treatment of sexual dysfunction."

The scientific world is still catching up with Moshe Feldenkrais.

Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’? | Shared-Vision

ā€œBut I think it was Feldenkrais that really reignited my pilot light. I could feel it happening in the hours following each session, in the way my hips moved when I walked. I still have a Feldenkrais treatment once a month—and the man I now share my life with has never heard the words ā€œI have a headacheā€ from my lips.ā€

where is this Feldenkrais I hear so much of and can i kidnap him and keep him in my basement for my wife’s personal treatments?

Very interesting. I tried to find some video related to this, googling gait and vertebral rotation and got exactly nowhere.

Maybe the video would look like like Marilyn Monroe swaying in her high heels - ya think?

Carrie search youtube, term ā€˜Feldenkrais’. I found a few, it appears to be yoga like movements and stretching.

Okay. I’m confused. What do I set my radar for? Am I looking for
maximal yaw oscillation of the hips? a delay in the vertical phase angle of the glutes? Or what?
and if they are approaching, does this translate to a particular jiggle waveform reflection off of the cleavage? :stuck_out_tongue:

 at waveform reflection

carrie - exactly

ā€œJack Lemon in full drag, marvels at Marilyn Monroe as she wiggles her way through a train station. He exclaims that she is like ā€œjello on springsā€ā€

seriously though… we all know this instinctively. you don’t need to analyse it - just tune in to how your body responds to how she walks.

feldenkrais has been written about here before… everything i have read on it points to his work but it is pretty hard to convey the experience in words.

Feldenkrais Method - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

i think any kind of bodywork - rolfing, alexander, feldenkrais and maybe others - will lead to release of chronic muscular tension and free energetic blockages.

Yes we do …

And Wilhelm Reich and Alexander Lowen…

But they still don’t want to believe it… Down at the bottom they say it could be genetic!

Basically you want a lack of rigid muscle tensions and a smooth natural (not tense) gait.
