At the risk of upsetting those who might find “aggression by design” upsetting, I put forth the following report to, hopefully, prompt further report into the “negative” cognitive states. To make a long introduction less boring let me just say that this past Thursday I whipped up a pheromone mix for a friend of mine who plays football, with the intention of enhancing his performance by, a) raising the user’s aggression and b)eliciting a fear response from those around the user. My reasoning for why this might improve my friend’s football game is obvious. Anyway, this is the mix:
2 ml NPA, undiluted
1 ml EW, 1:20 dilution in EtOH
.5 ml A314
Initially, I had no intention of using this mix myself, but it seemed like an interesting idea regardless. Despite the best laid plans of mice and men, I ended up using it anyway. I was actually surprised at the intensity of the user effects. I have so far experienced definite increases in aggression, confidence/poise, narcissism and auditory acuity. More importantly, I have been truly shocked at both how striking and diverse my results have been. The most remarkable of which are as follows:
1.) Our first account begins in Starbucks, where I was discussing pheromones and Game with my friend, P. He asked me what my best hit was. Pausing, I told him of my most memorable hit, that being an almost endless sequence of IOIs from a short and very sexy redhead. I added that my (at the time) incredibly poor game resulted in her completely ignoring my subsequent advances. No sooner than that, the late-middle aged couple behind us started to laugh hysterically. I was paying no attention and did not even notice until P leaned to the side (almost as if to hide), turned red as a beat and, in so many words, told me to stop talking because I was being laughed at. Feeling a little self conscious, I decided to take a chance, as it were; So, I applied 1 spray of my Aggromix to each shoulder and a third spray directly to my face, inhaling through my nose while doing so. Taking effect about 25 seconds later, the Aggromix caused what I would describe as a “wave” of physical pressure centered at my solar plexus, but expanding peripherally (like throwing a stone into a still pond) out to my shoulders and naval. Couple this with a heightened sense of hearing that almost seemed to slow the perception of time, a la the movie 300. After being aware of this feeling for a minute or two, I stood up and turned around to face my amused critics. The man would not make eye contact, but the woman looked up at me for a moment and quickly turned away with a distressed look on her face. At which point I sat down to resume my conversation, only to realize I had been making my friend P so nervous that he thought I, “might snap at any second.” Over the next twenty to thirty minutes I would turn in my seat and gaze at this woman (again, the man did not reciprocate eye contact) several times, with similarly results. After a little while, P had to leave and after bidding him farewell, I proceeded to order another passion tea. The barista, E, with whom I’ve become fairly well acquainted, was unusually engaging, asking about how I was and how my night had been. E stood there and talked to me with a huge grin on his face the whole time he was making the tea. Once he finished, I took out my wallet and started to pay when he said, “Ah no man, it’s on the house, enjoy!” I asked if he was sure and he said he was, so I thanked him and promptly left. Now, admittedly, that was not the first time I have been given a free drink at this particular starbucks (but the other time I was also wearing lots of -none), just never by this particular barista.
I am sorry for all the extraneous details above, so I’ll just give highlights for the second sequence of hits:
2.) The following Saturday I spent the evening at an Italian Rossini Festival with a friend of mine, whom I’ll call J. This time I applied 2 sprays to my shoulders and another 2 to my face, inhaling them once again. Within an hour of application, I had two different older women (early fifties and mid-fifties to early-sixties, respectively) compliment my appearance, completely independent of each other. The first looked up at me and smiled as I passed her on the sidewalk and said, “That’s a nice shirt!” to which I replied, “thank you,” and kept on walking. The second was slightly more than an hour after the first, except this one actually stopped in the road, (which was blocked of cars and almost devoid of people) smiled and said, “You look very handsome!” This time I completely turned around to face her and responded “Well, thank you very much!” A few minutes after this, J and I went to a local “mom and pop” coffee bar. I actually forget their exact words, but two other older women also complimented my shirt specifically, one of them was a barista and the other being a patron. What was most interesting here was the behavior of the second barista, a much younger woman (early to mid 20s). She stood at the very back of the behind-the-counter area, as far from me as she could stand. I would be certain this was the fear response I was originally expecting, were it not for her constant gazing at me. I made eye contact with her 3 different times, and she would immediately look away only to look back once I broke eye contact myself. With hindsight, I have to wonder if perhaps she was swooning, not afraid. Not that I don’t think there was any fear in her behavior. Just that her fear was actually approach-anxiety over an inapproachable male, not fear over a potentially violent male. But then again, I’m just speculating.
I am sorry to make such a long post, but I am quite interested in any feedback. Though I am particularly interested in advice on lowering the potential for antagonism from other males (or females for that matter), my main goal at this point is lowering the approach-anxiety induced in younger women while maintaining the “larger than life” vibe I feel this mix im parts.
