Instant Honesty has helped me in the past to spill out my guts when I normally would not. I’d say go for it when you approach him about it again. Again, I would not go off of the opinion of others, but strangely I agree with the psychic on this one. If you have tried to bring it up to him prior (as I believe you stated in the previous reply), and he has failed to respond, then let him come out on his own (if he truly does feel that way). Also, if he has a girlfriend, and legitimately has feelings for you, then it sounds like your friend is bisexual, which may be why he’s being standoffish about it. Of course, that’s just a speculation, so I couldn’t really say. The best of luck on getting your answer, Tim. By the way, I hope I did not offend you in any sense. It was not my intention to do so. I just was not sure what you meant in your first post as attraction plays many different roles.
Not offended at all. I’m just surprised of how helpful everyone has been on this matter. It’s been such a difficult challenge and I can’t think of any other way to get him to open up to me. As I’ve said, it’s been going on for about 3 years so there are tons of things that have happened to make me question him.
How does alcohol affect Instant Honesty? We like to drink and we were gonna have a few drinks so would that be ok?
Thanks again.
One last addition. With the Instant Honesty to go, there’s an option for double strength. Is it worth it? What exactly makes it better? I just want to see this work within the first time I put it on. The faster the better!
Thanks again.
Double strength is pretty much just that, although, I do not know the content ratio like some of the experienced users do, so maybe they can better clarify it. As far as its’ effects are concerned, I’ve yet to really see any results with my target(s) - so far it has been pretty much just self-effects for me, but I haven’t really field tested it much, either. To me it is more of a conversation optimizer in that it will deepen the communication between you and your target, but this isn’t always the case, or atleast in my experience, anyways. When you recieve your Instant Honesty, just remember that it may take you awhile to see results as in this particular case, you have an agenda, and you will be looking for results every time you wear it around him. I compare this to looking for misplaced keys while ravaging your house only to find them right in the most obvious of places. Your best bet is to just “set it and forget it.” When you do this, you’ll put your target at ease lowering his inhibitions further. Sometimes I think when I’m wearing pheromones and have the notion in the back of my mind that I have them on, that people can detect the irregular patterns in my behavior, especially if it’s somebody that I’ve known for a long while.
Anyways, you’re more than welcome, Tim.
Mindset: First, I want to make a clear distinction between attacking arguments / statements and attacking individuals. Did you feel attacked or judged in my previous post? If so, regrets.
When you said *“If you don’t know, you should ask, and do not go off of speculation of your own or others.” *the phrasing was directive and not suggestive. “Have you considered asking directly” or “Perhaps speculating or basing your actions on the opinions of others is unsound” would be examples of phrasings that would not trigger my bullshit meter. That is “how I made that assessment” that you were not respecting the OP … the phrasing, to me, seemed to put the OP down, to imply that your way, and only your way was the right approach.
Then you said “… you could try Mystery Boy by Smartmones/Androtics. I have no idea how it works since I am a straight guy, and obviously have not had experience using it.” So, first off, the comment that “obviously have not had experience” is, to me, smarmy and defensive, as if even mentioning a “gay” product requires you to re-assert your straightness, in which case, I don’t even feel pity for you. However, it was the “I have no idea/not had experience” that, following the triggering of my bullshit meter in the previous paragraph, brought me to the place where I asked you what your qualifications were to recommend Mystery Boy.
I think it’s pretty clear you have no experience on which to make such a recommendation. And I believe you when you confirm that you have no experience in this area. Yet this is a forum where we share our experiences, but you don’t have experience and I wondered what made you feel comfortable / qualified to make such a suggestion. And so I asked. If being asked makes you feel attacked, then you’ve got a rough ride ahead. I think, on this forum, it’s considered good form to qualify your statements and recommendations. Maybe it was just that my experience tells me your Mystery Boy recommendation needed more qualification.
“You really shouldn’t go by what everybody else is telling you. Seriously, everybody doesn’t know how one particular individual feels, though, they’ll try to tell you they do, which is only their arrogance talking to them.”
Not much more for me to say about this – the phasing, to me, is talking down to the OP, scolding him. I don’t think this is welcoming at all. In fact, I think it sucks ass and would hope that most newcomers to the forum get better. And the stuff about ‘their arrogance’, is, in my opinion, the pot calling the kettle black. I don’t think you’re a bad person because you said it, but I dislike the saying, and the how of the saying. Just my opinion.
Okay, two items remain:
First, when you said “So, if that’s the case, I think communication between you and your friend is the first priority before making any decisions about using pheromones.” to me it sounded very clearly as if you were laying down a principle that there should be [a] “communication without pheromone” before there is ** “a decision about using pheromones.” It’s my impression that a lot of people here do not follow such a principle. No matter, that’s why I said “That’s an interesting moral position, but I’d like to see some justification for it.” If there’s no basis for that position other than your intuition, that’s okay, but I’m still wondering what the basis is, I have an honest, no strings attached, no ulterior motives interest.
Which bring me to the last item: your putative homophobia. It’s yours, not mine. I’ve no interest in proving anything about you, so if you are aware of or defensive about homophobia, it’s your own projection. I didn’t call you a homophobe, first because I think ‘homophobe’ is an idiotic term/label/concept, but even more so because I don’t have any evidence to support such a label.
I submit that we all form judgments about one another, even unconsciously, building models of people’s habits and traits. I believe I try to keep my ‘labels’ in the hypothesis column instead of the conclusion column for as long as possible. So I don’t know what’s up with you, and I honestly don’t think it’s homophobia, as bent a concept as that is – maybe self-esteem? Starting to open up and make your model of the world less rigid and more fluid? I don’t know. And ultimately, a label does not matter.
So, I wrote my earlier post because I don’t know why you’d feel obliged to greet a newcomer to the forum with what I consider to be [a] directive advice that disrespects the OP, ** an example of giving recommendations based on zero qualifications which is, I think, generally considered bad form on this forum, and [c] mumbo-jumbo platitudes about other people’s arrogance. I called it (very politely) I thought “a quite passionate tone.”
And I’m not trying to prove anything to you, nor defend myself here – I am explaining, in detail, how I got to where I got to and why. I have no sense that how I got there was “right” – and I may be completely full of crap.
I have a different perspective of your first post than you do, mindset. And my view may be completely distorted. But I think I’ve given a fair account of how I assembled that view, for what it’s worth.
Is there anything that works better and faster than Instant Honesty? I just want to explore all options before I go ahead with the purchase. I know it probably sounds bizarre but I just want it to work in one shot.(I know I’m asking for a lot.haha) I mean, if I use a pheromone geared toward gay people on top of it or alone, would that work any better? The problem is nobody knows if he’s straight, bi or gay which is why I figured Instant Honesty would work better. But if he’s not honest with me when we hang out, how in the world will he be honest this go around? I know I sound repetitive but I just want to be sure before I buy.
Thanks again.![]()
let me try this again…for some reason it didn’t post before. Instant Honesty sounds good for me but is there anything that would work better/faster? Should I add a gay pheromone..would that speed anything up? The only thing is nobody knows if he’s straight/bi/gay so would adding a gay pheromone even work on top of the Instant Honesty? I know I’m probably looking for something crazy but I just want it to work quickly because I rarely get the chance to see him.
I still haven’t worked out how to link to another thread but I wondered whether you had seen a post from Ail back in March on Instant Honesty x4.
She says “…if those of you who have seen results from x 2 strength think they are phenomenal, you need to believe me that at x 4, the person you are with, is INCAPABLE of not telling exactly what is on their mind.”
I bought x4 on the back of that and I have not been disappointed; it is, I think, seriously good stuff.
Just a thought.
If you want to maximize opportunities to get a “strong signal” from your friend. then Instant Honesty paired with A1 seems to me like a decent way to cover your bets. The IH can open a person to disclose otherwise “secret” information, and you may be able to confidently judge your friend’s reaction to A1 on your own – aroused? or depressed?
As mindset mentioned, there is a “gay” party cologne, like Ammunition for guys with guys. I can tell you I don’t think that’s going to be a very productive option, but what the hell, if you have the $$ and you want to kick out all the stops, Mystery Boy probably won’t interfere.
I’d go with 2-3 sprays of Instant Honesty 1x on each wrist, and 25 to 50 mcg of A1 on your chest/front of neck.
Or perhaps you might use a version of the time-honored ‘Mystery Method’ question: “Do you want to kiss me now?” If he answers yes, all right. If he says maybe, then you say ‘Let’s find out, then’ and kiss him. And if he says no then you say “Hey, I didn’t say you could .. I just wanted to know where you stood.”
I think you’ll have to make a choice and do the experiment. We’re hoping you will let us know how it turned out, whatever the result.
haha..that’s an awesome question to ask.
Do you think if I paired the two together he would honestly talk to me and admit how he really feels that night?
Thank you again, you guys are great.
I don’t want to be a downer, but you asked so I’ll give you my best estimate.
I’m guessing there is about a 25% chance that you’ll get him to open up verbally and disclose about himself with Instant Honesty as your ‘edge’.
anything else that can increase that percentage?
Acknowledged. I think I went into defensive mode based on a skewed perception on the tonality of your post, which better clarifies my position on why Tim should not decide the basis of his friends orientation off of anothers opinion. By the way, I also acknowledge that my grammar is lacking, thus I can see how you may have taken my original post as offensive, even though it was not intended to rub off in that way.
Understood. I was not barking out commands to Tim, but there are ignorant people that I deal with on a daily basis that do not budge from their opinions about others, especially when it comes to orientation. They have taken it upon themselves to drive people “out of the closet” whenever they are ‘suspect’ of them. These are gay bashers that form their immovable perception based on societal stereotypes - they simply do not have an understanding of sexuality. It is also people that are seemingly accepting of the gay lifestyle, and have again, formed an opinion based on societal stereotypes. I have been caled gay on occassion, because I have social anxiety, and do not talk to anybody. Even when reaffirming where I stand, the ignorance continues. Like I said, this has happened to not only myself, but to friends of mine, and I also see it on the web on other various forums. I guess they missed the lesson on how feminity in males does not equate to a change in orientation. I don’t even consider myself effeminate, but yet the ignorance ensues.
I think the comment “obviously have not had experience using it” should have been left out mainly because it is implied/redundant. Mystery Boy is a product that is rarely mentioned on these forums, and it was primarily suggested to Tim, because it was unclear as to what he meant by attraction in his original post. I don’t see what the problem is for bringing it up in this thread, though – wouldn’t Mystery Boy work in the same way that AMMO does? That’s how I always viewed it. I don’t see the defense mode in this portion, though. I have mentioned other products on this forum based off of other peoples mixes to answer a few questions like CTTM2, which I do not have, but reading other threads have made the recommendation to atleast search the forum of other experienced users. I don’t see a problem with that.
See above.
I think there was confusion on your perception on the tonality of my post in that portion of the text. I feel that qualifying ones hypothesis as FACT without a confirmation from the subject alone IS based in arrogance. Saying that you think somebody is gay, arrogant, doesn’t like you, or has a third nipple is different from saying that you KNOW they are. Perhaps it’s a nitpicky pet peeve of mine, but I just cannot stand people who make assumptions and draw conclusions without any evidence to back up their claims. In this case, Tim will never know that his friend is gay/bisexual (I think that if he does have feelings as Tim and others speculate, then he is more than likely bisexual, but that’s another topic) until he confirms it.
Okay, two items remain:
I use pheromones without the need to communicate with my target(s) first, but in this case, I felt that it would have been beneficial if Tim would just ask his friend, instead of using pheromones to validate the speculation that he’s had regarding this issue. Now that I know Tim has approached his friend in the past with no result, then I think it is appropriate for him to give it a shot. I don’t think it will yield the results he is expecting as we all know that our perception of pheromone use when we’re first introduced to them is acute to the pherlure ads. I’m not saying that it will or will not work, but I think we’ve all had our fingers crossed at one point or another while wearing pheromones on a particular target hoping for the ‘magic bullet.’ In all respect, I do wish Tim will get the answer he’s looking for, even if it isn’t what he’s expecting.
The way your P.S. segment read in your last post made it come off as being an implication of your defense to my original post to Tim. I percieved that you were implying that I was trying to reaffirm my sexuality by the investment in the whole homosexuality “debate.” Most people take the angle that I’m a homophobe, because of my position on how it’s an “acquired attraction/choice.” That statement in your P.S. segment is often brought up in such regards - questioning why I’m involved when it’s evident that the “debate” is of common interest. It is often followed by a bold statement along the lines of questioning my sexuality, or blatently calling me ignorant. I don’t see how taking a side on a debate places me in either category. I just don’t see how sexuality is dictated by genetics.
You are one in a few people I know that dismisses labels for what they are - utter nonsense. Kudos for this paragraph. I do have low self-esteem/confidence, which is probably why I am defensive about ignorance in the world. Yes, this even places me in the bracket of forming prejudices about prejudism before there is even a solid basis for my own opinion. I do realize consciously that I am wrong on most accounts, which is something I’ve yet to actively hear from somebody in conversation. Perhaps my problem is whom I surround myself with… that, I will need to evaluate in the near future.
No, I can see how you’ve formed your perspective about the post, although, I think it was swayed by our past discussion. Of course, I do not know that, so it’s just a hypothesis.
Alright, this is what I’m thinking.
Androstadienone 37.5mcg/Instant Honesty Double strength to go combination with some alcohol.
Think that sounds like a good combo or is it OD?
I’m pretty broke so I want to not spend too much. As much as I want it to work quickly, I’m not sure if a stronger dose would help.
Any final suggestions before I go ahead with a purchase? thanks!
Ok, I decided to purchase Instant Shine & Instant Honesty double strength. There won’t be any alcohol involved when we hang out this week so how many sprays of each would be a good idea to use? Is there a chance to OD with these two pheromones combined?
Whatever will trance a person out.
