I wore Ammo + 1 spray 5mcg androsterone + 25 mcg WAGG. I went down to the “little Saigon” down here in Orlando, some place I’ve never been even after living here for so long. It was actually very cool compared to most of the stuff in this town.
I looked around at one bric-a-brac store and ended up buying a few boxes of Ti Quan Yin which is a good Oolong tea. I also came across some interesting stuff- it looked like “funny money” at first, monopoly money. It took me a while to figure out though it was Asian joss offerings for the dead, then when it hit me I felt a bit dumb as it took me so long to figure it out- the paper clothes and incense sticks a few feet away gave me the “ooohhhh” moment. Interesting that stuff was in every store I went into, either most Vietnamese around here aren’t Catholics like I suspect (most I have known here in the US have been Catholic), or there are alot of non-Vietnamese Asians going to the shops (a possibility since I saw lots and lots of Chinese and Japanese stuff).
I did buy a box of Japanese sandalwood incense to try out, but I was careful to not buy anything that looked remotely like joss sticks or anything potentially culturally ackward, the incense was in a different section that the paper money/clothes. They also had some nice teapots, I should probably go back one of these days and buy one, because they were alot cheaper than other stores, and they were the right size- small. I have an affinity for loose oolong and green teas (Dragon Well/Longjing being a good one), and I typically use a teapot that’s just too big to make it the proper way (lots of tea, little water, re-use the tea several times).
And the older Asian woman at the register was very friendly, much more friendly than many people I interact with around here. Perhaps pheromones helped in this case, I couldn’t say for sure. Yesterday when I went to the local Indian grocery I got a similar reaction from an Indian woman at the register, and the only difference was I wasn’t wearing WAGG at all. ( I’ve been there before but it’s scary what the bags of rice look like, you could feed an army on that stuff
)
