Does Abercrombie & Fitch's Fierce cologne have pheros?

This has been asked time and time again on the internets so I am sorry if I am annoying anyone with this post.

Seriously. I think if any popular fragrance has pheromones in it, it’s this one. After hearing about the hype I decided to order some from abroad, this was around a year ago. Was not disappointed. The compliments do not cease. I liken it to Instant Shine.

Does anyone actually have any concrete answer to this?

I find it very hard to believe that it is simply because it just smells good.

Thanks.

I wouldn’t be surprised bro

Alot of fragrance companies use pheros

Only way to truly check is it get it ESR tested

Is this pure speculation or do you have some evidence in one form or another?

Also, what the ____ is an ESR test? I googled it, but I still don’t quite understand how it is relevant. Please explain.

Think about it APU, A multi billion dollar industry its bound to happen.

ESR, Environmental Science & Research

They will break down whatever you send them and send you back a composition listing for around $750NZD

No its doesn’t have mones in it.

Here is the ingredient list

The list of actual cologne or perfume companies that use mones in there products can be counted on one hand.

Tisha

Doubtful.
Its success is probably to do with associating the smell to something pleasurable.
People like being in their shops, buying their clothes, wearing their clothes (no idea why! I only go in there for the girls  ) so the smell probably brings those feelings back, like a trigger.

I wonder the same thing about Curve cologne too? I sometimes get more compliments with that then I do the mones and I pay less for Curve.

Nope Curve has >>>

Remember certain scents can trigger emotions as well. Some natural scents act like a pheromone.

Most likely its the Amber in curve which starts out as a resin and is used in aromatherapy and “potions”.

Amber has good energetic draw. It calms, eases and creates a feeling of warmth. Much like Ishine, in fact they would go very well together.

In fierce I would suspect the Oak Moss (which can not be in commercial scents anymore hence the discontinuation of the original Ammo scent) and the cardamom.

Cardamom is believed to possesses aphrodisiac properties.

Oak moss evokes a feeling of strength, grounded, and trust sort of a IG vibe.

Certain scents and pheromones can compliment each other. You have to also consider diffusion though so you cant just use one scent with mones unless its a diffusive one.

In Curve the lavender will aid in diffusion carrying the amber or mones if you used them together

In Fierce the citrus scents will act as a diffuser.

So this is why you probably notice results with just the colognes or heightened results when you layer the pheromones with the colognes.

Fierce is an Entry Level cologne, okay but there are colognes way better then Fierce. One that I use is Hormonal Essence. Its like sex in a bottle.

Do you mean “Stud” or “pimp” hormonal essence cologne ?

That has anone in it but they do not indicate how much. To much anone will backfire so you need to be careful what you layer with this one. Its probably not a high grade anone but that can have adverse effects as well.

Tisha, the lists you’ve quoted are not ingredient lists, but list of fragrance notes. Those notes may be created by natural or unnatural means, and fragrance companies are not required to list the exact chemicals they use to create them. Since pheromones are not regulated substances and are considered to be simply cosmetic ingredients, it is very plausible that some major fragrances could include pheromones without advertising them as such. They would more likely want to avoid controversy by simply selling the feelings that the pheromones (and fragrances) invoke.

With all the MXes that have come and gone over the years, I wouldn’t be surprised to find that Androtics was selling these formulas to perfumers.

Yah tish it is haha. I love it! Everyone always asks me what is and I say I cannot say I lost the label on the bottle so I give them some Bull Shit Name like Grio or Orange Mist idk lol

I know they are the fragrance notes dbot and your correct I did word that wrong and should have said “here is the notes list” and not “here is the ingredient list” when I offered up what EO’s were used.

Colognes companies dont have to list the ingredients unless they are using a chemical not designed to add to the notes or carry and bind the scent. Pheromones are not carries nor binders so they have to list them. The FDA doesn’t care if you sell them in a product as long as you disclose they are there but consumer protection cares if you keep that information from the public. You just dont have to list which pheromones, you do have to make people aware they are there. This is why Paris Hilton’s product and Victoria secrets booty call products had to list them. It’s usually listed in the notes description on various perfume and cologne sites reviews when they do have mones in them.

Now I am not saying every company is ethical or follows regulations. We both know thats not true, dont we, but larger more prominent companies like Liz Claiborne and Abercrombie & Finch dont fuck around.

I dont blame you its not a attractive name LOL

Tisha

Really? Why not Tish?? Enlighten me

Seriously dude?

UF pack is a third party, using AD as a platform to test their product.

This is going to be branded and not linked to this current store & forum.

I can’t find the link to answer your statement in further, and I dare not post it without reference, since I am a lackey, and I probably work for them. But for those with an open mind, it has been posted that some of the research has gone to perfume companies out there.

P51, I’m not sure why you’d express disbelief in my speculation right before arguing that I’m probably right. But, okay, great, we’re in agreement that MX formulas are probably being sold for use in 3rd-party fragrances.

It makes sense when you think about it. This is an excellent platform to test potential products. Frankly I don’t see any issues with AD acting as a testing ground for other company’s products.

Oh Well, Maybe it Will Lead Up to Us getting Our Very Own Ammo2.0 UF Version (Suppressed Ammo)… However Ammo is Still Doing JUST Fine…

UF2 sounds way more ballsy than straight ammo… From what I’m hearing (Especially about mx 416,) It should be called ‘Instant BMF’. Instant Bad Mutha F—a (Fill in the blanks) and have a picture of Samuel L Jackson on it.
