I’m going to read this thread and see what kind of secrets it reveals. I completed P90x earlier this year. I did it partly to increase my wife’s attraction only to find out that my body doesn’t matter to her at all unless we are already in the moment. Apparently she likes talking.

Weirdly enough I think its not merely about what is pleasing to us visual whether we be male or female. Although I do think men are visually more attracted to photos, videos etc. while women visually feed into words. Off topic a bit though I think that certain specifics about our ideal is drawn from whatever combination of pheromones this type of person emitts. I know I have moments when Its like I can almost smell at guy who is my sort of “Eye Candy” without actually seeing, feeling, or hearing them.
