dude, this sucks. I can only imagine how down you must feel about that. I love the responses I get and would be very very upset if I suddenly lost that little feeling saying…hit …hit..miss…hit…
I’m a harden long timer, 6 years now. I rarely feel any self-effects at any dose. However I do love the effects my brews have on those around me, especially strangers and casual friends and coworkers. My problem is I often lose my baseline and get used to enhanced responses–nothing seems to jump out at you like it did back in the day. But most responses–save small children & drunks–are normally subtle and I have to really be paying attention to even notice.
So rotating mixes and taking time off helps but the OP knows this. Even when I think nothing is working I can test the seemingly non-responsive subject by pushing the limits of the relationship: being extra friendly & personable, sexually aggressive, commanding, etc., and they usually respond positively, so I know the mones are enhancing my words & actions. Try the same things without mones and I often put people off.

I agree with Tisha, i’ve never subscribed to the 10% Pheromones/ 90% You, ratios. On many occasions, its been 50/50 ratios…a brilliant mix and half the jobs done, [or i just have to try not to screw it up.] That’s on the night i meet the girl, or for 1 night stands, or in the moments that the target is exposed to it.

In respect issues at work, if u consistenly wear A314 on a daily basis for a month, watch it change your inner-belief systems and the behavioral changes…In this instance too, the ratios r thus much higher than the 10%/90% standard.
But, i believe in 1 night stands and initial, early stages of courtship and dating…Pheromones can almost, and quite remarkably, carry a whole date for u even if u feeling dark grim and unconfident…I know as this has been my experience frequently on dates…
