I appreciate you reaching out to me, Simba. You sent me a private message and posted on my journal. I decided to respond to you here so that others can benefit and/or interject their thoughts.
You’re not going to like what I have to say. I understand the feelings of desperation when a relationship falls apart. I also understand that there is life after a failed relationship. I’ve had several failed relationships, and each time I moved on.
Based on what you’ve shared, there are too many red flags that let me know the relationship is over. No amount of pheromones will win him back, no amount of coaxing, no amount of tears, no amount of pleading. So I prefer not to focus on those things. Instead, I prefer to focus on helping you move forward.
You mentioned that you have only one more meeting with this guy. Avoid focusing on trying to win him back. Only two things will win him back - time and a new you. These things are not yet available to you, so it’s best to focus on dealing with what is within your control.
First, take responsibility of your actions that have brought you to this situation. Accept whatever it was that you did or said that caused him to lose trust and sexual attraction. I once lost a guy from being overly possessive and dependent on him. For him, that was terribly unattractive, and he wanted out. Sometimes we unknowingly behave in ways that is unattractive to our partners. Take ownership of your part in this situation. I’m sure he has actions that also contributed to this situation, but for you to move forward, you need to at least take ownership of your contributions.
To help you with this, wear IH and IG daily for a week or so. Use them for the self-effects. It will help you develop clarity and self-confidence. I also recommend wearing these two when you meet with your friend. These mones will help keep things calm and civil, while reducing outbursts.
I strongly recommend avoiding TUTH, AMMO, and A314. These products contain androstenone, which is too sexual and too alpha for this sort of situation. They will not induce any of the warmness, openness, and joy that you intend. I also recommend avoiding P96. In this situation, there is a risk of it portraying you as emotionally needy.
Your next meeting with him is the time to display self-confidence and independence. This is the time when you say, “Yeah, I fucked up royally. I understand you might not want to be around me anymore. I’ll miss you and the love we shared. But, I know you’re not feeling that right now. I hope we can remain friends.”
After that, give him space, and give yourself the much needed space to develop inner peace, self-confidence, and a greater sense of independence. Pheromones can help you with this process, but you will need to do the vast majority of the inner work yourself.
Best of luck to you!
