If you are simply looking for proof of the effectiveness of pheros, try getting a togo of Instant Jerk, apply and go for a drink in the roughest bar you know. You may be mildly surprised by the way you feel and the reactions you get. Have good dental insurance though! 
Otherwise, I second menger’s suggestions, along with the sexy/social Ammo and the happy and good to be around formula of Instant Shine. All are a great introduction/demonstration of the effectiveness of pheros.

I think to actually test it scientifically, you need to be more scientific than spraying it on and look for effects
I didn’t really believe it myself, but tested it because it was cheap, and I wanted to try something new. Tjeck my journal, I’ve seen quite some effects, and no freaking placebo would make my daughters grandmum be nice to me, I’ve kissed that womans ass for years!

At first I saw your profile picture that looks like a southpark caricature of a gullible ginger, then I checked out your journal. I also read the reviews of TUTH and figured out that most reviews are bs and some are serious saying it doesn’t work at all and claiming the other reviews are fake.From your journal I just saw normal everyday interactions. Your daughters grandmother… your mother in law?.. she is nice to you not because she can smell some pheromones but because you tend to expect her to act nice, so your body-language is more open, and you tend to focus more on her than before, thus you seem friendlier and more accessible for her to interact nice to you. It’s all in your head, I can do the same thing, I can pretend I sprayed myself with instant jerk, and believe that people will be jerks, thus my body-language will be closed and seem unfriendly to others. I can also pretend that I sprayed myself with some TUTH and I will go up to girls and talk to them in the way I sometimes do when I want to get a girl home from town, which is easy when you have practice in that field. I can see that someone who is scared of a girls reactions wants to put on some placebo spray that makes them believe that the reactions will be positive, their belief in that the girl will react positive is inner-game, and this belief makes your interaction more natural without fear of failure. It’s all in how you act in reaction to how other people react. When you focus on how other people react, you can play the interaction into whatever you want it to, you just need to believe in yourself. Pheromones doesn’t work on humans like you are tricked to believe.

IH IO IJ IS that’s potentially too much money wasted. I agree I should get a togo of IJ and maybe a togo of the rest of them, maybe mix IH and IO into one spray and call it OHIO and mix in the IS to make it a SOSOHI. This spray will make you so so high.

The closest to proof that pheromones work on humans is Menstrual synchrony:

Cause and effect is not the same as correlation.
Anything can seem to make a change in menstruation, light vs dark, healthy vs unhealthy food, amount of exercise, the list goes on. When women live together, they have all the same influences; same food, exercise, sleep cycle, time of eating, etc.

When you sleep your endocrine produces hormones, some hormones are only created when you sleep, thus sleep is important the more you sleep, the more hormones, the faster the menstrual cycle. Women who sleep the same amount could get the same menstrual cycle. Not always though. The more you sleep, the more hormones, the more pheromones, but the pheromones is not the cause, it’s just a byproduct. Jumping to conclusion that it’s the smell of the pheromones is ridiculous.
If you tell me that it’s the other way around, I have to take you back to reality, away from the cultural wrong beliefs.
There is not much you need to do different to make people react to you differently, one BIG thing to do is believe in yourself, OBSERVE people how they react to you, then INTERACT accordingly.
When you don’t have the perfume on you feel like people won’t treat you the same, it’s all in your mind. Thus this bullshit sells because of your wrong belief.

However I do stand by the suggestion of IJ and the more blatent socials - IS or IO as a fairly simple demonstration. IMO, the socials are better in some ways because a lot of women are good at masking a sexual response in inappropriate social situations.
And OP - You do get a wide range of responses to pheros. A few folk go ga-ga for them, whilst others will fall on a more subtle range from obviously affected to not much at all. Then there is a substantial amount of people who demonstrate no response at all, between a quarter to a third, deending on which studies you believe. Its up to you and your own skills OP - we were virtually all skeptics/misinformed to begin with.
And its not the “nose” or “scent” of pheros that triggers responses - they actually bypass that part of our system - Far clearer explanations are posted elsewhere in the forum.
Another thing you are absolutely right about is that personality, body language, attitude, and behaviours need to be spot-on and appropriate to the pheros you are using.
Otherwise, all they will do is create a brief lift/change in mood or spark of interest that will not be sustained because your behaviour is not congruent with the signal. In fact, most of the experienced users here advocate self improvement (of various forms) as a vital/equal part of phero use and IME, with the behaviours sorted, the pheros provide the icing on the cake if you will - it all just becomes so much easier.

What environment do you prefer for meeting/interacting etc - this can also influence phero choice - eg IH is probably of limited use to a hard dancing clubber.
