Hey there!
Warning, this is a bit long, so I included a summary at the bottom. ![]()
Allow me to introduce myself! I’m Apu! Having just hit 18 years of age, I’m currently ploughing my way through my first year of university. I’m studying Economics and Business in Amsterdam and after I have received my qualifications I have big plans on becoming an investment banker. Please don’t hate me! I swear I won’t irresponsibly lose your pension fund or inadvertently provoke a recession. I have my morals! Honest!
Well, I’ll try to keep the physical description of myself concise but informative, I loathe circumlocutory depictions of one’s appearance, therefore I will simplify things. You Americans think all of us Indians look alike, and who am I to disagree? I look precisely like this guy.

Concerning personality, I am of pragmatic mind, atheist, funny, quite altruistic and (I hope) an overall nice guy, although perhaps it is slightly immodest of me for stating so myself. Regardless, on the negative side I must objectively concede that I am not physically attractive. Personally, I would classify myself as an intellectual, I’ve been gifted with innate intelligence as well as had the privilege of coming from a wealthy background, so I’ve been able to benefit from private education.
I was completely unacquainted to the concept of synthetic commercial pheromones only a month ago. My vivacious curiosity enticed me to Google for additional information on the subject, and this search led me to you guys! I actually made this PheroTalkForum account a month ago, and have been learning about pheromones from various threads for the past month, however this is my first post.
I was already familiar with the role that natural pheromones play in animal communication but found myself dumbstruck when I discovered that certain manufacturers (including you guys) claimed that pheromones could also be applied to human beings for great effect.
As aforementioned I am very pragmatic. I do not believe in anything with sufficient evidence, hence my atheism. I’m not one to fall for TelSell ads or buy instant fat loss pills. Now, I’m very sceptical most of the time, and when I stumbled onto your website I was no different. However, after exploring through the vast database of posts on the forums, I reasoned that it was simply impossible for them all to be fake.
I’m still a bit shell-shocked if I have to be honest. Commercial pheromones really do seem to good to be true. There are still some things that don’t make sense to me. If they actually work, why is there no scientific evidence backing it up? Also, if they are so amazing, why doesn’t everyone use them?
The overwhelmingly positive reactions posted on your forums swayed me from my disbelief to actually give it a shot. So in the name of science, here I go!

I wish to order my pheros tonight and I haven’t decided which ones to get yet so any advice is greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to try it out, you guys are awesome!
P.S. Steve hinted that lengthy and detailed introduction posts would warrant an additional bonus of free pheromones.
I would be ecstatic to receive it.
