You have to dilate your eyes more. 
Of course, I don’t know if you can do that consciously or not, but giving men “swimming pool eyes” that they feel they can fall into will usually break through their utter lack of social awareness.
That said, if doing what ilsa does doesn’t work for you… then what signals have you given men that actually “Break through”?

Now that’s a major IOI, especially compared to what most women do (drop things, stalk/hover, look at the same broccoli, etc.). No wonder it lead to a relationship. Granted, a short term one, but a relationship nonetheless.

My perception about TLAs from women : they’re savoring the moment as it happens, heaven knows what’s going on in their minds (fantasy maybe?) & it shows as “body language” (tongue & lips)
