Thank you so much guys. It is only two of us in customer service and right now I believe three persons in the shipping department.
Overall we try our best not because it is required of us but we happen to be a special group of persons who love to serve and see others happy.
Though I feel we cannot do 100% of a job every time because we are humans and make mistakes and can’t get to every one , every need all at once we do our absolute best.
Thanks for recognizing that you realize we try and as imperfect humans yourself you ask for nothing more than our best.
