The back, and it looks good on almost all guys I personly don’t like when muscles are to “gym-toned”, I prefer the discrete muscletone that looks natural. I had a boyfriend with an extremely muscular stomach and I really didn’t like to touch it, it was so hard, and “uninviting”, not at all soft when you cudled up to him. Looked good in pictures, but really, who cares about that!?
I think you will get different answers to this question. Frankly I enjoy all the muscle groups on a guy LOL. Nice forearms make me hot, I have a thing for forearms. Upper chest is another favorite spot.
I agree with Taggle, to much of anything is not good even with muscles. Well toned to hard is good LOL (behave) Lumpy and bulging is sort of nasty.
Ah ok I see so, gotta get my 12 pack abs then get my arms as big as my head. Just like dad was. Oh and those guy’s Abs are not even that well defined. So like more definition is good? How about The V cut in a guys back? Like a well defined back,? I got that, some girls love it some say it makes me look like an Ape.
Read again LOL The top three are sexy and the bottom 3 are going to far into lumpy nastyville for me. There heads dont even fit on there bodies. They look like backwards bobble heads. No one wants to touch that its nasty (at least I dont LOL) Overly defined is just as bad as no definition at all. People really need to get rid of that more is better mentality.
So like looking like Mark Walhberg is Bad? And same as Vin Diesel or Gerard Butler, or Russel Crowe in The Gladiator? Or Sylvester Stalone, or Hulk Hogan Or The Rock or John Cena, or Matthew Macanahey.
RE: muscles on a guy. I like an athletic guy who looks like he can do things with his body, and not just someone who looks like they work out just so they can look good. Definitely NOT “bodybuilder during competition” proportions. In other words, the guy who’s in the gym cross training so he can be better at his other activities of interest.
Glutes and “hip cuts” (the tuck in the obliques near the hip/pelvis)
I’ll second what Tisha said as well. . .Lumpy isn’t sexy (to me anyway)
The body type I prefer most is long and lean . . . fencers runners swimmers. . .well muscled but compact. (bf is a fencer/ martial artist)
Jabez, in your examples, you listed guys that are two or even three different body types. . .Mark Wahlberg, and Matthew McConaughey, I would call muscular, but not lumpy. . . the rest you listed would be lumpy
Also, relax you aren’t going to please everyone and the sooner you realize that you’ll be a lot happier with yourself.
I dont really find any of them attractive to me not because of there muscles though. Gerard Butler is but thats about it and he just buffed up for that part then went back to his normal comfortable body structure.
I agree with Txfox that Mark and Matthew are not overly lumpy and they are good looking men I just dont find them attractive… but come on Hulk and Sylvester ewwww. I am sure they are nice people though LOL
Remember when you see movies they are fiction. The women dont really look like that and neither do the men. They can make people look totally different with makeup these days its really incredible. Gerard Butler sat in the makeup chair for hours before filming to get that 8 pack.
Yeah, my husband used to do sfx makeup and these days they actually airbrush the muscles - sometimes nearly entirely - to emphasize the cuts and muscle bellies. It’s just like a canvas painting - highlights and shadows. Also not uncommonly the way the actors bulk up for a role isn’t necessarily healthy.
Even though I used to bodybuild noncompetitively (and am trying to get back to it after my surgery), I don’t really care for the ripped, competition-form bodybuilder body, in either men or women (which is why I never competed). I prefer the longer, leaner muscles that come from the aforementioned activities. Think Greek statues - many of them (except for those of the foremost male Greek gods, who are too muscular) have just gorgeous proportions. A touch of definition is much more attractive than ripped to shreds.
BTW have seen Hulk Hogan in person and he isn’t that big a guy. Neither is Swarzenegger (seen some of his costumes). Muscular, but not big.
And Tish, those first guys you showed, the sexy ones - yeah, I agree they’re sexier than the ones on the bottom. But they busted their tails in the gym just as much as the ones on the bottom - just in different ways.
As for dancing, I loved to dance before my knees gave out. My husband taught me most of the ballroom dances I know except the waltz, which my parents taught me, and the merengue & salsa, which I learned from some friends. I tend to prefer ballroom dancing, but have done most kinds except breakdancing. But I like to watch it.
Oh I am sure they did. By natural sexy I mean they have a more healthy natural look that a man can get from hard work as well as a gym.
Isn’t it funny how different they look in person then on the screen. I have a few actors on my route and its really a eye opener when you see them in person and realize all of what you see on the screen and in magazines is a illusion.
My personal preference is a well toned/defined body but not overly muscle bound. Overly muscled guys like professional weight lifters are NOT a turn on for me, not at all. While I can appreciate their dedication to creating themselves, I’m just not into rock climbing. To me they look completely unnatural and therefore unappealing…over blown no-necks with popping veins that never relax. They’re so over developed it often impedes natural movement and rather than looking smooth/fluid they look strained all the time like they need to take a dump. Not to mention guys who are really devoted to body building are so much in love with/focused on themselves, they don’t have time for me. Yeah, they’d be willing to pump me, if I was agreeable, but not much else as they’re always too busy pumping themselves up.
The luscious Hugh Jackman. Not as buff as he was when he portrayed Wolverine but I find his physic in this shot to be just about perfect…for my taste. His body looks a lot like my Wolf’s. Seriously. Yeah, I know, lol.
On the other hand? Branch Warren, is MASSIVE. An extreme example, of course. Talk about an extra heaping helping of Rocky Road! You’d need body armour to get with this guy.
Not to mention the bigger you are the smaller it makes your willy look.
I’d run away from him in no uncertain terms. I was on the track team. He’d never catch me tripping over himself.
I’m sure he’s a lovely fellow but I’d rather do a buncha coked up leprechauns.
