Married, low testosterone: which pheromones help my wife loosen up and get intimate?

I just started looking into this a few hours ago, actually by accident. I always heard that pheromones you have to spray on are just more “miracle cures” that don’t work. After reading a lot of articles (especially on here) I’m realizing they do work! So while researching I wanted to put my story out there to see what the community recommends so I know what I actually need to look into.

The situation:
I am married with a child, my wife and I are in our early 20’s.

The Wife- While she was in the military we were able to afford the gym and stay somewhat fit. I had a decent bulk (but with a spine disease I can only do so much) and she had a tight tummy. Since she recently got out of the military we haven’t been able to afford the gym and recently (I feel due to the gym) our sex life has begun to slow. We used to have sex about every three days for two years, now we have sex when she has been drinking a bit (doesn’t have to be drunk). I asked her what’s with the sudden change and she said the magic words “Lately I’ve just been feeling gross”. LIGHT BULB She doesn’t feel as sexy as she used too. I tell her all the time I think she’s gorgeous and sexy, but with a toddler at home in a new state away from family it’s hard to take her out all the time to make her feel more appreciated.

Myself- Spine disease so that hinders a lot of the exercising, but on top of that my family doesn’t have a good standing with testosterone! My grandfather, father, and myself have a serious lack of natural test. Out of the doctors mouth “Sir, you have a testosterone level lower than an 85 year old man”. It’s 150 of 800 (Can’t afford the test cream right now)! So with a lack of DHT I already have a bald spot and other issues, what confidence I do have is a bit of an achievement.

The Question:
So with all of this in mind, what can I do to help our sex life, relax her/make her feel sexy, and hell maybe even boost my self esteem (I’ve seen people mention pheromones that give you more of a boost of confidence)? We tried the sex pills and nada, I don’t want her to feel like she has to drink and damage her liver to make me happy, and I’m sick of putting all of these unnatural chemicals into our bodies! Pheromones are natural, so I’m hoping this route works. I’ve seen “Noob Kits” but some say one thing and others say another.

I’m not looking for a miracle cure, just some type of aid! Thanks for reading this long ass story, but any help would be more helpful than you know.

So far from what I found, these seem to be what I think I’m looking for:
Instant Openness: To help her start to loosen up
Ammo: To instigate intimacy

I’ve also seen P83 mentioned a lot, but is this too strong for just hanging out around the house?

If you can get erections even though your test is low I wouldn’t worry about it.

As for mones IS might help cheer the whole mood up…

As for affording testosterone or injections or supplements have you looked into a testosterone diet?

I have low test too… I find i needed to go with HGh supplements , testosterone supplements, and a moderate fat diet. Mones doesn’t do dick for your testosterone levels.

But like I said try some IS.. It will at least bring a lift in mood to the whole situation sex or no sex. Sounds like she still loves you.

Actually I hadn’t thought of the test diets. I know that mones don’t influence test levels, I just meant since I have low test it kind of dwindles self image and all, so figured another route would be mones to pick up where test left off.

I’ll look into IS right now. Thanks

(IS I’m assuming is the Instant Shine)

My suggestions are

TUTH for arousal
P83 to lower her inhibitions
IH for comfort and bonding
IS to put her in a good mood

I wouldn’t bother with IO, as its most useful for breaking the ice and creating mindless chatter, which is not what you looking for.

Anything that is androgens is going to be helpful. Most androgens are derived from testosterone. So Anone A1 Arone products are good.

Tuth for sex drive and A314 or IG for masculinity and confidence.

If you cant afford the cream I do suggest you look into the testosterone diet as Dsousa suggested. Its not difficulty you just add more foods in your diet that support the production of testosterone.

I also suggest you take a suppliment that contains all the Amino acids. If you cant affords a suppliment look into Braggs Amino Acids. Its a sauce you cook with that has them all in there.

There are some herbs you can take as well. Some of the men take them here and have talked about it in the lounge area so use the search function and you should find info there.

Keep in mind that pheromones will not increase your natural testosterone but they will help create a stronger signal then your producing now.

Tisha

Oh wow. Thanks everyone for the info. As soon as my next check comes in I will order, test, and let you know how it goes. This has been a lot of help!

Tisha I will look into that. The VA just approved me for disability from the military so now that I have insurance I need to start the whole process of getting tested there from the civilian docs. Hopefully I’ll be able to get the cream.

CMPLX, what spine disease do you have?

That’s actually the big question. The military told me my spinal cartilage is deteriorating and diagnosed me with scheuermann’s disease. Problem with that is that condition is only a weakening in the spine usually during childhood. Whatever I have, the docs are saying I probably won’t walk walk past 30 without aid.

You don’t need the gym to exercise. There are many types of exercise that you can do without problems at home.

From what I read on Wikipedia the Schroth method is recommended for Scheuermann’s disease. Learn the exercises and do them daily a minimum of 10 minutes.
If there a practioner nearby try get you doctor to describe it to you. Alternatively learn the exercises via the internet.

Alternatively frameworks like Tai Chi might also help you.

If I would have a diagnosis about not being able to walk without aid after 30 if I don’t do anything I would try to do exercises 2 hours per day.

Yes, not exercising is the worst thing you ever could do for yourself with your condition. Don’t let doctors dictate how you are going to live your life. Nothing is absolute. In a study done in 2006:

“When the minimum passing level as determined by orthopedic program directors was applied to the results of these examinations, 70.4% of graduating COM students (n=54) and 82% of allopathic graduates (n=85) failed to demonstrate basic competency in musculoskeletal medicine. Similarly, the majority of both groups failed to attain the minimum passing level established by the directors of internal medicine programs (graduating COM students, 67%; allopathic graduates, 78%).”

Article: Stockardetal, Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, 2006 [Record #56560-45756]

What this means is that the general population of primary care physicians and orthopedic surgeons know very little about musculoskeletal therapy unless they take it upon themselves to read up on it. For the most part though Doctors live medicine, and orthopedic surgeons live surgery. Not non-invasive therapy like a sports physical therapist. Orthopedic doctors would make no money if they gave their patients advice on how to fix their problems without surgery.

As a personal trainer this condition is far above my pay grade but I have done some research on it for you.

If the curve of the spine is in the upper back:
I would personally recommend stretching your hamstrings & pectoral muscles daily while adding the prone cobra exercise in to your daily routine (reps of 1-5 with heavy weight for 3 sets, reps of 10-20 with medium weight for 3-5 sets). Stretching the hamstrings will fix the excessive lordotic curve of the lumbar(lower) spine and stretching the pectoral muscles while strengthening the upper back and posterior deltiods will help migrate your shoulders back and provide a more upright posture.

Here’s my theory:
If the curve of the spine is in the upper back; If you loosen the pectoral muscles just enough and tighten the upper back muscles and posterior deltoids just enough for a long enough period of time, maybe your spine will straighten out over time (If this would work, I would estimate it to take 10+ years). This works to cure kyphosis (rounded upper back) which is basically what you have except what you have is more rigid than kyphosis.

If the curve of the spine is in the middle of the spine / mid-back region I’m not too positive that therapy would help but what do I know? My best guess would be strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle by doing Lat pull downs, wide grip pull-ups, front levers, etc. & stretching the abdominal muscles.

Guys not to sound like an ass, but this isn’t the point of this thread. First off there are some things I do to help. I have been dealing with this for years now and have tried multiple ways to exercise, ways at bending over, been to therapists, and adjusted my life accordingly. Please do not google and paste things you find on the internet thinking you are telling me something new. This topic was to help add to my lifestyle, not for you guys to break it down and try to couch me on something that I am living with.

I have worked with a personal trainer and the routine he had me on was the BEST out of all things I have tried. I’m currently trying to get some of the stuff I need for my own home use instead of paying for the gym. I also never said I don’t exercise, I know what my limitations are and right now what I can fully do isn’t affordable so I am doing what little I am able to at least do something. I have done research, I was even a medic in the military and a civilian MA, so I have some background in medical.

So can we please get back on topic?

You know what you’re right. I apologize.

I really think this may take some testing for you to figure out the right mix for you and your wife but I’ve never heard of anyone being disappointed with TUTH. I don’t know if money is an issue but if you’re trying to keep it light on the wallet I’d personally suggest TAC & TUTH. Spray a single dose of each on at the beginning of the night and begin flirting throughout the night and towards the end add another dose of TUTH and 2 doses of TAC to spice things up a little more. That’s what I’d do.

At 24, are those to products NEEDED, or are you just spicing things up, Musik?

Annnnnd! The best product on the market to help with getting vascular (I want those veins of rivers in my forearms) with a decent diet is?

I thank’ya!

Did I read right? Tuth for sex drive? Tuth makes may make women horny but it won’t make him horny. And its his test levels that are low. What’s the point in him making the female sex horny if he can’t get it up?

I didnt really read everything as I just woke up and Im about to jet out the door, but to boost T consider chelation therapy using things like milk thistle, nascent iodine, organic selenium (careful with the dosage), and magnesium-malate/or/chloride, as it will chelate lifelong accumulations of endocrine disruptors. This tends to gather the older crowd and even can be passed down mother to child to some degree. Unwanted metals are common in our industrial society so a good flush is a fantastic measure for hormonal rebalancings, and not everyone has the same capacity for detoxification (genetics) so its one more lasting restorative for such an issue. Yes pheromones work; sometimes too well.

[EDIT:So my destination held nothing of a task, and so Im back sooner than anticipated to polish things accordingly.]

Heres the point..

Testosterone has a DIRECT relationship with Dopamine.. thus libido, happiness (this is not just serotonins ballpark), confidence, assertiveness, and so forth:Yahoo Creators: A Community of Creative Voices

Using intuition, rather than data; know the higher your T concentrations floating about your bloodstream; the more natural pheros your going to pump out in general. Yes Im very aware silymarin, constituent of milk thistle is a pseudo estrogen, though exhibiting a short half life whilst also chaperoning and excreting the more potent varieties that indeed are much harder to metabolize; especially by an overwhelmed liver. Things like plastic. Ever microwave a TV dinner in a plastic container?

See luckily I actually can get it up. It’s more or less trying to get me in the mood takes a bit more, but I don’t have ED. I just don’t think about it as often as the “normal” male. It’s honestly more her sex drive that has started lacking, but we really think it’s the birth control. She has weird reactions with that stuff, sometimes even depression.

I’m ordering what was recommended earlier and I’ll post the results.

This is no miracle cure, but look at an herb called Resveratrol. It’s an amazing health and wellness herb and it has a study showing it regenerates wear and tear on the intervertibral disc, thickens them up again. Oddly I don’t see many bodybuilders talking about it. On bodybuilding or supplement sites a lot of people like something called Cissus, although I can’t say if it thickens your cartilage or not.

Sniffing cops causes a T-level spike in most men. It’s temporary but a worth a try for a little extra lead in the pencil. You could buy used panties off teenage girls but it’s probably a better idea to purchase a bottle of EOW.

tisha23, does the Braggs Amino Acids also work for women?
