neurotransmitter repletion

replenishing nuerotransmitters…
how is it done?

this site, which is also selling a product, gives some info.

but is it correct info, or is it saying what will sell his product?
Neurotransmitter Repletion

i have read several articles that debate whether sleep is the only time repletion occurs; most saying with an adequate diet and stress-reduction daytime is just fine.

any links or thoughts on this?

Well from what I have read on the subject alot of things can cause it such as …
Stress
Diet
not going into rem sleep
Meds
neurotoxins like pesticides and stuff
Hormone inbalances

I also read you should work on these things if you think you have repletion.

Meditation or some kind of stress reducing activity like yoga
Exercise
A good balanced diet with alot of protein.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep

Its an interesting subject I will have to do a google and learn more about it

Good question, good link. I’ve been searching for this kind of information, too.

Unfortunately, they won’t let you just buy the supplement without mortgaging the farm to talk to the doctor for a half-hour.

i will research too, and anything posted is very apreciated ,thank you both.

repletion not depletion

i read where walnuts and bananas are nutrative for this, but there has to be more to it than a few of the right foods.

my son suffers from alot of the symptoms, including heart flutters.

hes having amazing growth spurts and id like to maintain whatever this might be taking out of him.

I actually had to give a speech last semester and I chose nootropics, which are substances which replenish neurotransmitters. If you’d like I can give you the speech and slides.

how could we make that happen?
thank you !
