Self effects.
Phero induced sinus pressure that disappeared after about 10-15 minutes. I felt the need to sit/stand straighter and felt very focused. Some mood improvement in mood but I was in a pretty decent mood to begin with. Kept feeling the need to breathe deeply almost like I was in a more meditative state.
Effects to others
The woman I was meeting, I’ve gone out with a few times with different phero combinations so I have an idea what to expect from different combinations. Met her at work and drove to a local restaurant (something of an institution locally that has a log cabin theme and AWESOME pizza). She gets into the car and immediately starts complaining to me about her day. After about 30 seconds I hear her take a deep breath, so I look over and she has this Amy Adams type grin (sort of a variation on the Cheshire Cat). ‘Hi.’ Then she is off and running. This girl likes the -nols and she gets very talkative. Meanwhile as we are driving (about 10 minutes) she is getting more touchy and cheerful. I got a lot of compliments from her on some odd things today. Nice shoes, the part in my hair is cute, I smell really good today, etc. Holding onto my arm as we walked. More of the human velcro type of effect.
The waitress was very chatty with us and I kept getting refills. I would still have 2/3 of a glass and she would be bringing me another Pepsi. My ‘friend’ (hoping soon to be able to write GF) found it very funny. I started watching and nope, nobody else was getting that kind of service. She complemented me on my eye glasses. I was getting complemented by both of them. Over some silly stuff. Waitress told the woman I was with that I looked like a great guy and she should treat me well or (the waitress) might have to steal me away. 
Wal-mart for some items. Nothing from 95% of the people there. If I would stand within about 5’ of someone for more than about 15 seconds I’d notice them moving closer. I did this 3 times. I’d get close enough for the phero cloud and they’d do a variation on a DIHL and be looking out of the corner of their eyes at me. I move a few feet away, they move closer and pretend to look at something. I move isles and 2 of the 3 people moved with me and closely. Cashier was normal at first but by the time I left she was in a great mood. I don’t know how I feel about being flirted with by a woman who is 20+ years older and outweighs me by a good 50# (yeah, call me Shallow Hal but it was a definite phero hit).
Duration of effects.
At least 3 hours (I can still smell the cologne (~7.5 hours after application) so the pheros are probably still working but I haven’t been around anyone so it is tough to tell)

Time exposure.
Seemed to take at least 15 seconds to really take effect. After a few minutes of exposure, the compliments flew.
I tried this composite in a few alcohol based incarnations and did have success with them so I decided to take the plunge and give it a whirl. My woman friend really seemed to like this (she is very much an androsterone girl and even if P95 isn’t androsterone, it seems to work in a very similar fashion for me). Gives me a bit of status with her. Also seems to work with others. I got compliments today on pretty much everything I did. Wild. I do get something similar when I wear IG and P93, however.
The P75 seems to help her feel more ‘girly’ because I’ve noticed this makes her more flirty and thinking more romantically (not quite as ‘in your face’ as androstenone can be).
P83 brings her closer not just physically but also verbally disinhibits her. I had on the Sandalwood scented ICM 1b around her and between the beta-androstenol and the P83 I heard a lot of Freudian slips that night. 
She would accidently say what she was thinking like how much she enjoys certain bedroom activities and then she’d blush because she couldn’t figure out why she told me that. She also gets very close when I use P83 around her. Always has at least one hand on me or arm around me. No P83, not nearly as velcro’d.
Beta-Androstenol makes her feel a connection with me. I really like her and I know she’s been hurt in the past (which I don’t intend to do) so this helps her to see me as someone she can trust (I am).
I tried this without the TAA and it seemed to me to ‘feel’ too serious. The added TAA seems to lighten the mood and make all the P83, P95 and Beta-androstenol not quite so serious. I don’t usually get a very serious vibe from P75 but in higher doses I do so this also steers things in a more fun, flirty way (which I like a lot).
The cologne is one that really sticks close to the skin so that is something I have to be mindful of. I’m not wearing the Common Scents knockoff of Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille which seems to be noticed at 10’ or more away. This is a much more intimate scent but it does work well for more ‘close quarters’. I did get an awesome goodbye kiss when I dropped her off at work.
