It’s not relaxing for me either. In fact I don’t feel much of anything, even with high doses. However it does tend to encourage those around you to talk endless about life. So don’t wear it if you sleep with somebody and wanna actually sleep…
What products do you currently own? Out of the Putatives, P103 is the one that is listed pretty consistently as the most sedating or hypnotic. I find it to be quite inebriating, but I’m building a tolerance for that over time.

A314, Instant Shine 2x, Instant Female magic, Turn up the Heat, Instant honesty, Ammunition. None of which will probably do anything to relax. What is this space land I hear about? Is that a clear the mind relaxant?
Spaceland is a mega dose of alpha androstenol (50mcg per zap) in an alcohol carrier, scented with a heapin’ helpin’ o’ clary sage EO. A couple squirts and your friends transform into mindless talking heads. Great for drunken parties or, in low dose, to socialize androstenone products. The main gotcha is the clary sage EO. You either hate it or love it but you can never ignore or completely cover it. It is omnipresent and everlasting. Sorta the godhead of EOs, second only to patchouli in nose sting. If you don’t mind smelling like a friggen new age hippie or head shop, it’s hog heaven for motormouth lovers.

That definitely may be worth a try. I’m not a service member with ptsd as that gentleman but em mentally disturbed,lol, enough that I don’t sleep to well. So is the smell “hippie” like as Gegogi stated?
When you say, “mentally disturbed” do you have a formal diagnosis of anything, or are you just prone to anxiety? There are some things you can try that aren’t so iffy if you just have anxiety. But if you have a serious imbalance, adding something like Alpha Androstenol might make your situation worse.
And since Spaceland is mega dose of Alpha Androstenol, that might not be such a good idea…

What I mean is I don’t have depression, anxiety more than normal, or anything else like that but I can not shut off the mind at night. I have been on everything possible prescription wise and herbal and none have worked. So long story short the reason I asked about pheromones for sleep and relaxation is not necessarily for a permanent resolution but basically anything to possibly help.
Throughout the day and especially when you try to sleep, would you say that your thoughts focus almost exclusively on the past and future and very little on the present?
If so I might be able to help.

I guess you didn’t believe me did you? Go to an organic food store, new age witch supply or any place that sells EO for aroma theropy or perfume making. Pick up a bottle of Clary Sage. Open it. Place snout above opening and inhale. That’s exactly what Spaceland smells like and nearly as strong as pure EO. You’ll smell just like an Earth-daddy. Dig it: Haight Ashbury, free love, rock ‘n roll, herb, crystal strokin’ and stickin’ it to the man.
This is what the sleep doctors should have prescribed years ago. Pure genius!
